I love this printer, great feature for double side print copy and scan. Fast and reliable.

This printer Works flawlessly there is a few downsides like not printing with Bluetooth and when you're printing a photo with a white background it tends to make the white gray other than that the price is a little higher but that's only because of the extra toner that comes with it all over a pretty good printer

Just got it set up and running everything is great.

IT pro, installed literally hundreds of printers in my career and personal life. I've literally never run into a printer with so many issues. Bought the first one, removed all of the tape, installed paper and cartridge, plugged in network and power cables, powered it up - nada. The machine lit up, but the UI never came up on screen. Exchanged today for another. Now it tells me I've got a paper jam, literally BRAND NEW - never run. I've gone through every video online (both on Brother's website and youtube) searching for how to clear this error (why am I clearing this error again?), nada. This second printer is going back, and I'll never purchase another Brother item again.

So far this printer has been performed exceptional. The prints are quick and very clean with nice resolution. Have tried the scanning a couple of times 1 doc and 1 image - Worked great, better than my 9 yr old Epson flatbed scanner. Have not used the copy feature or dual sided printing just yet. My wife has seriously been putting it through the paces, no complaints at all. Oh, I almost forgot, it's even more quieter than the replaced Brother Laser Printer we were using, still do, just not as much. The interface is very simple, liked that it auto updated itself right off. Quick effortless install adding to my network. No complaints, but I have only owned this for about 3 or 4 weeks I believe, but it does get used a bunch. Will update this after about 6 months or so.

This printer does everything that I need. I am an attorney so I print large documents so I needed something that could print over 30 page a minute and this one does. It also scan and faxes. The size is compact enough that I can keep it close by my my desk. My only criticism would be that both the upper tray where the actual document you’re copying comes out, and the bottim tray where the actual copies print are not big enough. You can put up to 50 pages through at a time but they start to fall off the printer. Not a big deal but you just have to be there to watch when you’re printing anything that large. This was a great printer for the price and I recommend it
So we purchased this model back in October of 2018 and the machine worked great, it took some getting used to but overall it was exactly what my wife and I needed for the work we do at home. We finally ran out of toner and opened the high capacity toner that the machine came with through the Best buy deal that was going on. After installing the toner there was a toner error message. We had to find support online as there was no instructions about clearing this error (thank god for YouTube). Although following the steps on how to rest the toner counter the machine still would not recognize the new toner. So thinking that since the toner was 2 years old, maybe it had expired, we went and got more toner and a air can to spray any dust in the machine to make sure all connections worked etc. Well, new toner also didn't work. So calling Brother I didn't know what to expect, but after running some tests it turns out a pin was broken that connects to the toner to the machine, so the machine had to be replaced. While I am not happy that the pin would break so easily, I was happy that it was still under the manufacture warranty and brother will ship a new machine in 2-3 business days at no cost to me. I feel that is reasonable solution for a company. Make sure you are gentle when replacing the toner and this machine should be good for you. We use it primarily for scanning, and that feature works great. The print quality is also good and the speed is great. Way better than using an ink based home machine.

It took me 2 months to purchase this wonderful printer. Consumer Reports gave the smaller version brother (MFC - L2750DW) 80/100 points and rated it #4 on their website. Some of the reviews of the 2750DW were not helpful or encouraging. I decided to ignore the negative reviews because bad reviews MAY sometimes come from people who cannot read well enough to comprehend instructions. The Brother - MFC-L2750DW XL Wireless laser printer is totally awesome. It comes with a drum and toner and it also includes an extra toner. Be careful to not open the extra toner first. I opened the drum/toner and inserted it into the cabinet, I pulled out the paper tray and added regular copy paper, I plugged the printer into the wall, I went to the brother website and downloaded the all in one driver and software for MAC, (The printer comes with an optional DVD installation), The driver/software download took less than 5 minutes, I went to wireless setup and entered my SSID and password, I printed a contract that has been in my email for weeks. I also used the scanner and emailed it - all within 20 minutes of getting the printer out the box. I am so happy. The XL printer comes with a 2-year warranty. If you are looking for a printer that can do everything except print in color, this is it, don't waste your time comparing like I did. This is it Brother - MFC-L2750DW XL Wireless Black-and-White All-In-One Laser Printer.

Picked this up for my wife’s home business. The setup was easy and we were able to get it up and going on the wireless network with no issues. The print quality and pages per minute are both good. Good price when you look at the included print cartridges. Software download is 200+ mb, but with our existing Brother multi-function ink jet this is the perfect compliment and allows us to use one package to manage both printers.

It takes a lot for me to give any printer 5 stars. Easy to install. Stays linked to WiFi Stays synced with Mac, iPads, iPhones and bed scanner. Economical with ink or toner Consistent high quality of prints Durable and well constructed, not obviously cheap. This machine fit the bill...so far.

All the features I need at a very fair price. Love the automatic document feeder for scanning and copying... love the software for scanning, with all the options it includes. First page prints quickly. I really like the separation of the drum cartridge and the toner cartridge, unlike the combo units other brands use. This way I only replace toner when it runs out, rather than putting in toner AND a drum every time (drum only needs to be replaced after long, long use). Have had one at work and now have one at home... never experienced a paper jam. A reliable workhorse with great features. About that "XL" at the end of the model number... that means it comes with one "high yield" toner cartridge AND one "super high yield" toner cartridge. The "XL" model costs $100 more than the same printer with a starter toner cartridge, the MFC-L2750DW... but buying the XL saves some money by discounting the extra toner in the box. The regular model lowers your initial investment for the same printer, and might be the way to go if you don't print that much each month. I print a fair amount so it was worth it for me to invest the extra $100 up front in order to save some money against future cartridge purchases. Hope that helps!

Brother printers in my opinion are the best printers on the market, for home or work. I have used them in both applications and can not recall any real issues. I have talk to other who have used other printers, 6-12 months in they start having issues. always remember: Penny wise & dollar foolish. Brother printers are worth the extra money. I paid an extra $130.00 for the XL. However when you calculate the difference in the toner that comes with the XL vs the standard, its a savings difference of $180.00 in toner.

Great all-in-one laser printer. Quickly links to Windows 10 & 11 laptops and iPhone 12’s. Prints very crispy and clean. Touch display makes general and individual settings user friendly. Toner is easily installed. Missing the ease of some of the extra buttons from my previous unit and wish the output tray area had more space. Also note it draws enough power to dim the lamps upon warm up and during some operations. Haven’t configured the fax yet. Will edit if possible afterwards. Overall very happy.

This item works as advertised, is quiet, easy to set up and works well with our WIFI. This item replaces and inkjet that took a lot longer to print. nice size and does not make much noise.

I have had the device for a little over a month. Setting it up was easy, both in terms of connecting it to multiple laptops and just physically setting it up. In terms of connecting the printer to our various computers to print over wi-fi, it was pretty easy to do. The only one that took extra steps was my work computer, but I am guessing that is due to firewalls. Scanning documents to my email was easy to set up. I am still working on the settings to determine the best quality of scanning. Printing is easy. Quality of prints is good.

I love my Brother Printer/copier/scanner it’s small, quiet and most importantly reliable. Been a fan of the brand for years and this model is as good as the rest

I did a lot of research as I needed a MFC with black only print, with cheaper laser print cartridges. This deserved its prior high ratings as easy setup and print plus scan functions worked great. No need for fax yet but I have it available. I know these don’t feel as solid or heavy as much older printers but the stability is similar to competitors and much better than cheaper models. It was worth spending a little more

I'm a small/home business owner, for 19 years now. A multi-function laser printer is exactly what I need. I don't print often, but when I do, it needs to just work. And having the ability to scan (color) and fax is fabulous too. My last Brother multi-function laser printer lasted me 17 years -- tough to argue with that! But, alas, the old one died and needed to be replaced. I liked that old one so much I bought the newer (bigger better faster) version of the same thing, and so far, so good. The old one did not do WiFi, and this one does. The old one didn't play nicely with my iPhone/iPad, but this one does. For a small/home office, this is a fabulous business tool I can't be without.

Fabulous printer with flawless operation. I have been struggling with another brand of ink jet printer for several years and finally switched to this Brother laser printer. Prints consistently from both my Windows laptop and iPhone. Receives and sends faxes. Scans. Copies. All in duplex. Super simple to setup and operate. Print quality, even in draft mode, is clear. Can easily print an envelope by manually feeding. Toner cartridges are reasonably priced and non-proprietary. I love everything about this all-in-one printer. I will never go back to an inkjet printer or the other brand.
