It's a good product

This piece is very easy to use. Every option is very customizable for your labeling needs. I don't like that extra tape comes out of either end of the printed label area. I adjusted the unit to have less scrap/used label tape. Otherwise, it performs very well.
I would recommend this to a friend

An Excellent Label Maker

When I first saw this label maker I fell in love with it momentarily. It is compact, neat, easy to carry and very easy to use. The fact that it doesn't need any additional software to be installed on the PC is an added bonus. This is just a feature rich label maker and I am loving it.

Good but buggy

The product is easy to use and most of the time does exactly what it should. But a couple times I have tried to print and it will only print half the label or not completely feed out of it (wasting your label paper). If it wasn't for the occasional bugginess, I would give it 5 stars.

Compared to the old mechanical and then electric labelers this is fantanistic. I remember creating labels, making mistakes and having to begin all over again. Also very limited fonts, no icons and bizarre distortions of the letters. This is somewhat comberson in that you need your computer and the labeler, very minor problem compared to the benefits.
I would recommend this to a friend

Overall, it's a good labeler. Makes nice labels, and is easy to use. I would recommend installing the software, but works great without it. I've dropped it a few times on cement, and it's only scratched.
