Brother products are excellent. No problem there. The sales person was remarkable. Toner for my printer was not in stock. He checked sales to determine the exact printer I bought. Then he researched and found the toner in stock was compatible with my printer. Its been a while but it might have been on sale. Anyway having a set is less expensive than buying each individually. Sales people like this person ensures my continued patronage.

Good cartridges, Brother recognizes them as native, just don't forget that the photobarrels for each cartridge are replaced separately and they have their own life span.
