Brother printers haven't let me down yet. Same on the toner refills. The 2 pack is cost effective and with being an XL, will be good for up to 6000 pages a piece, 12000 total. The pack has a 10% savings over buying two singles. I have found if I keep the toner in a cool dry place it'll be ready for use for a long time. So, no worries about it being unusable if you can't get to the second one soon. Easy to install and keep on printing.

The ease of installing & the clarity/sharness of the print

Easy to replace, It takes less than 30 seconds to open the printer, pop out the old toner and pop the new one back in.

This product is recommended by the manufacturer and I find it to meet all specifications regarding quality and number of copies . The online service from BestBuy is excellent and I recommend using them. Delivery was on or before schedule and the package arrived in perfect condition.

These OEM toner cartridges fit and work flawlessly in our Brother laser printer, as expected! It's worth paying more for OEM cartridges. The only way this could be even better is to include a return shipping label to recycle the cartridges when they're used up.

I love the twin pack vs single pack purchase option

My review is more of Best Buy than the product, which is what I need for my printer. My original delivery did not arrive although the shipper recorded it as being delivered. I live in a high rise, so lots is packages get delivered to many owners at once. Best Buy reshipped without question and, frankly, I could have been stuck in a morass of dispute between building mgmt, shipper and Best Buy. But BB made it right for me.

The Toner arrived quickly and as promised. Pickup was very fast as Best Buy has someone dedicated to the In store pickup. All over, a very pleasant experience.
