Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love my Palma 2 Pro! I’ve been eyeing it for months and I thought I would be satisfied with the Colorsoft I bought, but I was not! So I got this for my birthday and have been enjoying it for two weeks now. The reviews are correct: the color screen doesn’t look as good as the B/W screen on the Palma 1 I have but it still looks good and I’m still in love. The pics included show both devices full brightness and warmth. I did unfortunately get a screen with a bright dot at the bottom but the seller was amazing and offered many options to make me happy. I settled for the partial refund. The lighting is uneven at the bottom but that can happen to all eink devices and so can that white spot. Overall, I’m happy and I love the form factor! I got the bundle with the stylus and case but the Boox case isn’t transparent enough for me and my tastes so I swapped it out. She’s all decorated and goes with me everywhere!

Love my new e-reader! No issues so far! Arrived pretty quick
