After the horrible Cabin Fever 2 I figured this would have to be better and it is. While not a great movie, it has more of the feel of the first film than the second. It also has one of the best gore/fight scenes ever seen. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't a fan of the first film or the genre though. I've seen it dissed plenty online but found it to be a fun worth-while sequel in my book.

the movie was better than expected since it was a direct to video release if it was in theaters it was very limited. I really liked the first movie in series and this movie had good production values and decent acting. i also liked the premise of the secret hidden facility where all the action takes place. the fx were truly awesome.

While I wasn't expecting much coming into this movie, I bought it simply because I am a huge fan of Cabin Fever (the original). While the graphics were alright the storyline lacked and got confusing at parts. With that being said, I got basically what I was expecting. I would watch it again.

This was actually a surprisingly good film. Most times when these "sequel/prequels" come out years later they are terrible. Sean Astin plays a good role. Great if you like some good old fashioned gore! The best part is the twist. You'll have to watch it to know what I mean...

Cabin Fever Patient Zero is a nice addition to the running series. This film has some decent gore scenes and looks really good but I felt the acting was just average and the story was left wanting. Does have a good twist at the ending. Overall it is not better than the original but a little better than the second installment.

i was skeptical on how this movie would be. it had some pretty cool special effects, and a twist that you don't see coming. if you like horror i think that you would be happy with it.

Cabin fever is a typical movie with little suspense but it's not boring to say the least. Ok plot but nice movie to kill time to.

I got this movie for $4 on bluray. I still haven't had a chance to watch it but it had to be worth that.

I give this movie a 3-star rating because it didn't surpassed the first one. However, it is worth watching for the gore and suspense. Thank you.

Great artwork/price of this DVD. The third installment was very interesting. It paves way to see if there will be a fourth one. I like this one.

Cabin fever: patient zero, is a great popcorn movie to watch on a Saturday night.

This movie has a lot of predictability but overall it's a good horror flick. Good gore

Saw this and not sure if I would recommend for small kids, but decently good and scary.

Better than the second one, but lacked some of the humor from the first. Still a decent flick. Will watch again, so worth the purchase.

Nothing great but is entertaining as far as B movies go. If you are looking for a stellar movie then you need to look else where.
