I love this oven! My wife picked this out and I am glad she did, the top convection oven/ microwave is awesome. With just a couple turns of the dial, I can microwave anything. I never thought a knob would be easier to use than a touch pad, but in this case it is. Food cooks very evenly. We have only used the big oven once, but we have no complaints with it’s performance either.

Product was great, the only issue is it came damaged. However, Best Buy was quick to resolve the damaged portion with an appropriate repair. The repair team was a bit difficult to work with in getting the repair scheduled, but we were finally able to work it out.

Packs a lot of features in a small area. The lower oven works well for most baking and roasting. The upper oven/microwave allows having a good sized microwave with a warming oven, and a small second regular oven. You can microwave and convection cook at the same time if you need something fast. We are very pleased with this product and its functionality.

So far, everything has been fine. I'm enjoying using this product and glad I bought a better oven and microwave. The computer dials are easy to use. Both units are quite spacious. The oven shelves are sturdy and well anchored.

It was easily installed by Quality Kitchen. They were a great partner to Best Buy. So far my oven works great, is easy to use and does a bunch of Different functions. Love the microwave and convection. Used the cleaning function and my oven is as clean as the day it was installed.

I love the set of Microwave and oven. I already baked twice since I bought and am happy with it. The only negative thing is the microwave did not come with a plate and we are unable to find anywhere. So I am not happy with that part.

We had our new double oven installed just before Christmas. We have been extremely pleased with the functionality of it - and have only begun to learn all it can do. So far, we've enjoyed things like SPEED COOK -- Cooking frozen chicken wings that would normally take 25+ minutes and having delicious, perfectly cooked wings in less than 10 minutes was our 1st experiment! We also love the variety of pre-set options! Very pleased!

Very nice oven. Love the speedcook function in upper oven for reheating leftovers! Large convection lower oven is nice also. Be sure to use graphite lubricant for lower oven shelves so that they glide easier. Programming function for speedcook is a good starting place but we edit times and heating element power settings to make custom presets saved in My Recipes directory regardless of preset.

After a terrible delivery experience, we hired an electrician to reconnect the wire that was loosened by the installers. They never tested the oven to see if it was working and it wasn't. We called the manufacturer, who sent out a service man and diagnosed that we didn't have electric to the stove. We had it in the middle of our kitchen for two weeks waiting for the electrician. It is now in place and works beautifully.

Lots of steps to get to the “start” button for the microwave but it heats food up very fast. Love the convection oven part of the micro also as it’s the perfect size for the two of us.

Café - 30" Built-In Electric Convection Wall Oven with Built-in Microwave and Advantium® Technology The Advantium Technology is great. It lets you use the the top oven as a microwave or oven. Even though I have 2 other ovens, I like using the Advantium oven more, because it heats and cooks faster.

Although it took 8 months to get, I am very happy with the micro/oven combo. The only complaint I would have is that the oven takes a bit longer to preheat than I am used to.
