Bought this cause i love cooper which the accents looked good and a nice looking machine to display on my coffee station. The holder is easy enough to shake out the puck which was an issue on last macine. The grinder is useless as is clogs easy, switched to simple stanalone grinder for beans. There was a terrible water leak everytime is made expresso. It would drip from the bottom and warp the wood on my station so i was constantly wiping up. Found the back right part of the tray had a top cover piece where the water drained and opening was to small so it would leak around the tray and out the front. Removed that top cover piece to widen the opening and good now.

I purchased the Cafe Bellissimo on Black Friday 2021 from Best Buy and it’s great! I’ve been making lattes everyday for a close to a year without issue. It’s actually manufactured by GE and comes with everything you’d need to make espresso drinks. The machine has built-in connectivity and notifies you on your mobile phone or tablet of any issues or when it’s time for routine maintenance. It also steam cleans itself after every use to minimize scaling — other more expressive “B”rands don’t have this feature. A note of advice — if you get this machine, please read the instructions and pay particular attention to the grinder settings. Other buyers gave this product one star because of a “grinder defect” or ‘grinder malfunction’ which is misleading and from my experience somewhat incorrect. The grinder will shut off if something gets stuck in it which can occur for various reasons, e.g. the grind setting is too fine for the grade or size of the bean. All you have to do is adjust the grind setting to a larger one by rotating the bean hopper counterclockwise slightly and tapping it to clear the issue. That’s all you have to do instead of packing up the product and shipping it back or returning it to a store. I’m really happy with this machine and my friends who’ve stayed with us want it too after learning how much it costs, seeing how easy it is to make espresso drinks and tasting our lattes every morning.

I don’t know why I didn’t get an espresso machine sooner. It has changed my mornings. No more s.bucks runs. I can recreate any coffee shop recipe and the use/ cleaning is very very easy. You just have to be aware of what you’re doing especially with the steam wand. The design is very nice with the copper accents and very good material. I also appreciate the app for it, you can set your single and double shot settings how you like it & depending on the beans you are using. It also sends reminders if the water is running low

I bought this for my boyfriend as a birthday gift! If you read the directions and follow instructions correctly it’s super easy to use with little to no problems. Espresso game is so much better after purchasing! Definitely buy this if you are a coffee lover

Esthetically it’s pretty. Quality of coffee not bad but that comes with its issues. Learned quickly that the coffee grinder has to be set for nothing less than 12 (basically coarse) otherwise it’s clogs and the clean up is super annoying. It will absolutely grind down to fine but you better be ready to pull the vacuum out, make a mess on your counter because it will 100% clog. The other issue I have with this machine, which would have been impossible to avoid from reviews, and started within 3-4 months from getting it, is that while I’ve done the weekly cleaning, mostly daily cleaning. There aren’t many pieces to clean. However I notice this “stuff” to appear towards the back of the machine to realize somehow coffee is releasing back there. See picture. Nowhere in the manual does it speak about this. Cleaning consists of wiping down and then descaling the water. Wouldn’t even know how to take it apart. Just unacceptable. It wipes off but clearly not normal. Would I get this again? Absolutely not. My next one will be without a grinder. Rather get a better machine and invest instead in a proper coffee grinder.

I use it daily! Connects to your phone with how to videos for cleaning and prudct care. You can adjust how much is grinded in your shot. Looks fantastic. Comes with a dual layered portafilter that gives your shots crema. The only problem is in a perfect world with fresh espresso and time to kill you could time your shots better. No need with the dual layered portafilter I consistently pull 22 second shots (considered perfect). I love it. My sister bought one just days after I got mine. I WOULD RECCOMEND. I could type all day with how awesome this product has treated me. I guess youll just have to experience it yourself :)

Beautiful luxurious design and perfect espresso or cappuccino or lattes with the milk froth capabilities.

Runs fantastic. All functions work well. Once you dial in the grind for your specific beans it makes wonderful espresso over and over again. The steam wand takes a longer time to warm milk only because it’s having to heat the water, but it still does well.

Everything is pretty good about this coffee maker. The only reason I have 4 stars is because the coffee bean grinder always gets stuck. When I select the button to grind the beans, some of the beans would get stuck at the top and I always have to smack the side of the bean grinder for the beans to fall down.

This is honestly the closest thing to a commercial version. My only complaint is that the grinder gets clogged up sometimes. It puts out a good hot temperature for steaming and frothing milk, more so than other brands, I’ve tried before. It has a very sleek and classy look to it. I’ve only had it for a month and already made enough coffees to suffice its purchase.

I upgraded to this from a Delonghi espresso machine. It makes really good shots and the steam wand is perfect.

This machine is beautiful and the expresso comes out really HOT!! The only thing i dont like is after a month the letters on the buttons are disappearing. They should of put them on top on the buttons

Love this looks and makes the Best espresso I’ve ever had and easy to clean up so you can start thinking about the next one :)

If I never use it, it already won me over in design.

Loved it for about 3 months, then the writing on the buttons wipe off. So you could no longer see the number of the shots you need wanted to brewed. Within six months the grinder started to get clogged up, despite cleaning it like the advice to do. After the year a few little parts inside the grinder broke off, and now 1.5 later it completely broke. The grinder no longer works. Very disappointed on the product.

Sleek and very chic! If you are in real estate it’s a great product for staging. This replaced my nespresso that I loved so dearly. I love being my own barista and creating drinks. Clean up is minimal.
