I would write a zero if I had the chance! My microwave was supposed to be delivered on the 27th, and no one, and I mean no one, there has any idea where it is. I want this order CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. I have already purchased from GE Cafe today and am expecting it by Friday. I will never purchase from Best Buy again! No calls, no impact, no accountability - absolutely the worst experience in my life! No one at Best Buy knows how to do their job!
