This was our first foray into smart appliances! It works great and even lets us control it with our cell phone! It also has other abilities far beyond those of mortal ovens! A true Super Hero!

Waited for this wall oven for one year ordered at NFM back in 10/2021 they kept pushing the delivery date back therefore I cancelled and ordered with Best Buy and they delivered ! Now I truly have a white xmas! Well worth the money. This wall oven Makes my kitchen look so grand. The functions on this oven is endless and the installation team was amazing!

It's only been installed a week, but so far, so good. I cooked a roast beef using the probe, and it did well. Tomorrow I'll use the air fryer function.

Door doesn’t stay closed.

I purchased this Cafe white wall oven on 09/23.Someone from Best Buy installed it. I only used it a few times. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the door doesn’t stay closed. It stays open just until the light turns on. Of course the warranty is up. I wrote to the company two separate times and never heard back.

When looking at the top of the closed oven door, there is a gap between the door and the oven.
This is normal and should be even across the top. The door gasket seals the opening to the oven.
This gap is not a reflection on how well the oven is sealing. A wider gap at top versus bottom near the hinges is normal. This gap will equalize as the oven gasket takes a set after a few weeks of use. A self-clean cycle will accelerate the set. Did not work from day one GE has been here five times. Now they tell me it has to be replaced. but everything is on back order. Was told by Best Buy I had to go through GE first. I did not work right out of the box
