On going disaster through best buy.
The product is fine. I wouldn’t purchase from Best Buy ever again because they use third party delivery systems. Best Buy employees have no way to contact the parties they contract with and the numbers provided to customers are also different 3rd party employees of other companies. Hence no one takes accountability for the mistakes made. We purchased a double oven, the employee of the third party company broke the frame of my cabinetry at installation and attempted to repair it with super glue. The third party owner of the company who installed the oven has accused me of making it up and taking me to court after promising me for a month that he would send a cabinet person out to repair it. The same third party company delivered my dishwasher and gas range. For all of these appliances I was asked to sign that everything was working properly before installation was complete (my bad). Even tho they were not able to complete the installation of the range because an electric outlet and HVAC unit had to be installed before the range could properly work. I was never told about this prior to installation. And the person that installed the range, oven, and dishwasher came to my house to measure everything prior to delivery to make sure all the items would fit properly. Once this person came to install the range I noticed a gas leak once we were able to use the range. I thought it was due to being new and would burn off. Ot was still there the next day and I called my plumber to cone back out and fix it as I lost all confidence in this person. After the dishwasher was installed (same person) a screw fell out. When I opened the dishwasher to see where it belonged it bent the bottom cover. The installer bent it back rather than ordering a new one to install. A different third party vendor installed our refrigerator. Rather than covering my wood floor, he pulled it out and rolled it through my kitchen, around my dining room, and down the entry way to the front door. This put irreparable scratches vertically and horizontally throughout my flooring that was unable to be repaired. The cabinetry and floor problems have been submitted to the separate third party insurance representatives. The refrigerator insurance company took $1,700 out of the approved contractors bid for depreciation. The insurable company for the oven cabinet repair did not take depreciation out. My insurance company and contractor said the only way they can charge depreciation is if we keep the money and do not replace my flooring. I have emailed and left messages with the insurance company about this. They are are not getting back to me. All of this with the expense of purchasing high end appliances. We will have to be displaced with our two dogs for 8 days just for the flooring to be replaced. There is NO way to talk to ANYONE in management at Best Buy. Everything goes through these third party vendors. Never again we will we trust Best Buy.

PAINT COMING OFF AROUND KNOBS
I would not recommend this product. After not even owning the cook top for a year, cleaning it exactly as the manual explains and not really using it much, THE PAINT IS PEELING AROUND THE KNOBS. GEs customer support would only offer me touch up paint. They expectec me to paint on what was peeled off. Seriously??

Amazing!
Lots of room for multiple pots and pans. Heats cookware evenly. Variety of burner sizes. The one level cooking grate creates a greater surface are for cookware. I have not used the griddle yet but love that option. It is heavy weight cast iron and will last a lifetime. Griddle fits perfectly and securely on the grate. I changed the knobs to brush copper. Love the option to change finish of knobs. it looks beautiful!
