Do the handles come with the mounting hardware? we have the Ge cafe appliances and we want to put a few pulls on the pantry doors to match

A 1/8" Allen wrench will come with the kit but you'll also need a 3/16" Allen wrench. What is the length of this Cafe refrigerator handle?

Can Cafe appliance handles be interchanged with GE appliances?
