The amount of bad press and bad reviews this game has received is completely uncanny, really is irrational when the game has kept the same recipe that millions have known and loved. Never in history has a COD game been so heavily scrutinized on its campaign quality and length but yet this one was despite many other COD games having campaigns that were practically the same length. Its safe to say most people purchase the game for the multiplayer and its where they will spend most of their time in. The multiplayer is the core of the game it is the best the franchise has to offer and one of the best experiences in gaming. If youve played last years MW2 then this is a better faster version of it, simple as that. The gameplay is faster, guns feel tighter, time to kill a tad longer requiring more skill and less focus on who saw who first, so in essence I truly believe its better balanced than last years game. Going back to improved remastered version of the COD mw2 from 2009 was a spectacular movesnd cery welcoming to those whove been around for a while. Muscle memory kicks in and its rather easy to enjoy the old remastered maps, along with newer maps that will be released as the seasons progress. Dont miss out on this experience based on peoples mob mentality perspective, just enjoy the game if you’d like to wait and save money great but dont miss out on the experience because of people who never even touched the game but came out to give it bad reviews because thats what a reviewsite, youtube, reddit told them to do.
Ordered it and less than 5 days it was here and doubled sealed from the heat so it was protected even more so it wouldn't get damaged. We are more than satisfied all around also cheaper than GameStop and way faster on delivery.

One of the best COD’s to release since 2019. Last year it was common to take too many rounds to take out an enemy. This year it seems a lot more responsive along with the controls. Customization and weapons available are pretty good overall. I recommend giving it a chance.

What more can you say, it's Call Of Duty. The most played series of a video game in history.

Modern warfare 3 is a very good game I love the features. And the guns and map. Also the cover of the case. And being able to play with friends and people around the world.

Honestly I’m really enjoying mw3 , Open world zombies is a blast, The old maps are great, multiplayer is alot of fun as well. Definitely better than mw2 in every aspect. Sure there may be minor glitches but those will get ironed out eventually. Gameplay also feels smoother on mw3 vs mw2. Give it a chance because imo it was 100% worth the money. Now go buy it already :-)

It’s a new COD, everyone knows what to expect. The graphics in the short campaign look great. The campaign is shorter than I’d expect with some frustrating parts. Does ANYONE buy COD for the campaign though? Multiplayer is fun and hasn’t changed much. There don’t seem to be ANY new maps which is disappointing but I’d expect new ones will be added. A positive is that the weapons and attachments you unlocked in MW2 are instantly available which is great if you have a favorite weapon. The perks system has completely changed not for the better in my opinion. Instead of just being able to choose the perks you want you have to unlock then choose the vests, gloves and boots that give you those perks. It’s unnecessarily confusing but looking up online the perks you want (overkill) let’s you find out how you can acquire them. Overall is kind of feels like DLC for MW2 but if you liked MW2 you know what to expect.

If you're a fan of Call of Duty already, this is a no-brainer. The updates to the already great formula are good. Bringing back some of the classic maps is a definite plus, and while the campaign is back, it may be on the short side, but it's still enjoyable too.

I’ve had a lot of fun playing MW2, so I kind of jumped and pre ordered MW3. But I have to admit that the experience has been a little underwhelming. The graphics look last gen. I feel like it’s missing some texture packs. It runs buttery smooth when it works, but it has crashed on me a couple of times during online play. I do kind of like replaying some of my favorite maps from past call of Duty’s but I feel like they should’ve gotten a better remaster treatment. It looks like they just mostly copy and pasted the maps. I don’t have as many complaints as others on the online community about the game but I say wait a little while longer to purchase the game, until they hammer out the bugs and hopefully improve gameplay. I feel like they rushed the game, as many publishers tend to do lately and the game needs some polishing.

So after several reviews trashing this game and weeks of waiting until my friends put some time in and check out the state of play I finally took the plunge. I can't speak to the Campaign or Zombies but the multiplayer is solid. Just as good as any other COD game. The pacing does seem a little faster and all your unlocked guns and attachments carry over from MW2 with no issue. My biggest gripe is the COD HUB that is put in place and can not be bypassed but that is an Activision thing. If I had to do it again I would have bought both MW2 and 3 digitally as the COD HUB would absolutely make more sense. As is stands I have to switch discs when prompted to go between both games. You could always just swap discs but it will take you back to the same HUB. If you play COD for the Campaign or Zombies then wait until its in the $20 range.

I've been a COD fan for many years. I loved that they brought back the older maps but it just play the same as it used too. It definitely looks better than before but that is about the only improvement.
