A: Literally same, I ordered around two weeks ago and never received the incentive instant rewards with the vault edition pre-order. I contacted activision and was told that Best Buy orders will receive the bonus rewards but will not be available until release or when Best Buy decides to schedule their codes. I knew I should've just ordered through the Xbox store instead, to avoid the run around and hassle. Also, for anyone else reading this, I am confident in the fact that Best Buy is not exercising legal compliancy in relation to the product and terms and conditions shared with activision. It would/should be Best Buy' "best" interest to comply with activisions promise in delivering the "instant reward" bonuses that is to be included with the purchase.
Q: How do I get access to the skins on MW2 after pre ordering?
A: I talked to BBY customer service and they said the codes won't be sent until 3 days before the game releases. I cancelled my preorder, and suggest you do the same.
A: They even refuse to cancel orders after taking people’s money. I’m bout to report best buy
