There isn't much to say about a toner cartridge. It prints. In cyan (light blue-green). If you have the relevant printer, you need it. There is a provision for returning it. Usual story. I appreciate being able to get it from Best Buy: Their price for this item is good, and they ship it promptly and in good packaging.

I like the price on this cartridge. It is also easy to install and lasts long

The OEM toners last way longer than the generic brands. Essentially, you get what you pay for. I'm a heavy toner user as I have my own business and there are times when I need to print out hundreds of pages. Definitely prefer the Canon toner over generic brands. These toners typically last about 6-12 months even with a heavy use.

In the past I tried to get budget toner, but got burned every time. We now get the name-brand OEM toner and have been pleased. I wish the cost would come down (hence the 4 star review), but overall, it is quality toner.

I am a Canon printer fan and their toner cartridges have always served me well. Lasts a long time and never has printing problems.

Good laser ink cartridge and the number of pages that should print per cartridge appears to accurate. Quality is great and easy to install.

My new ImageClass printer told me the starter black cartridge was running low, and 118 was the one it recommends. Based on past experience, I prefer vendor cartridges -- cost more, but fewer problems. After searching online for the best price, I ordered this through BestBuy (on sale) with "pick up at store", and the process was easy. I installed the cartridge last week and it works flawlessly, as you would expect. Overall a good experience.

I love the quality when I go with OEM equipment. We tried knock off brands of toner and just are not impressed with the issues we’ve had. I just wish the price would come down on these...
