Had another pancake lens that I needed to use an adapter with my M50. Wasn’t crazy about it but it did the job. Been looking at this lens for a few months and watching reviews and all were great. So, I finally pulled the trigger and wow! I was amazed! The image quality, size, weight, and Incant forget the Bokeh! All were amazing! Don’t think about it, just get one! You won’t regret it!

Excellent lens. The F/2 for close-up macro photography let you be very precise with what's in focus, and I'm really pleased with the crisp image it produced for golden hour portraits as well. The quiet auto-focus motor being able to track a subject in motion is pretty great as well. I was also pleasantly surprised to see it recommended for astrophotography of the Milky Way. The only major draw back (other than the obvious lack of zoom) is that the electronic manual focus ring is extremely sensitive when focusing on distant subjects (like mountains or stars). You need to use focus peeking and then zoom the digital display to make sure edges are sharp because just a few degrees of rotation will go right past the focus point. For closer and mid-range subjects, its not a problem.

This lens has me not regretting my purchase of the Canon M6 MkII. Im a newbie and I've been impressed with this little lens. Camera doesn't look like much of anything to the regular joe with this lens on it.
