An excellent general photography lens
This lens was purchased to replace the one that came with the camera, which, after being dropped on hard surfaces the third time, finally stopped working well. Like most Canon products, it works as advertised and stands up to tough use. If you're in the market for camera equipment, Canon is the brand to choose.
