Q: So if I do mainly photography and such should I use a cfexpress card and how would I use my post processing would it be just like a regular sd card where you plug it into a computer and it’s in a file type thing?

A: If you're just taking pictures, an SD card should be just fine. It's only when you get into large video sizes that a CFexpress card becomes useful. You can set your image file to Jpeg or Raw and transfer them to your computer with the SD card (as long as you have an SD card reader).

Q: Do I have to have a cfexpress card for this to run because I already have a sd card an also if I do how do I use a cfexpress card??

A: You don't have to have a CFexpress card to run this camera, however if you put only SD card you are not going to have all that high quality resolution video features. SD cards have speed limitations and you need faster cards like CFexpress type B cards to record 6k and 7k videos (and use pre-continues shooting). This camera has two card slots which 1 CFexpress type B and 1 SD card. You can put any of them alone or both at the same time. However if you want the highest performance from this camera you need to put at least 1 CFExpress card. I recommend minimum 256gb or higher storage ones.

    My Best Camera Ever

Upgrading from my 5D Mark IV after five years, the R6 Mark III feels like a whole new world. It’s fast, robust, and incredibly intuitive. I didn’t learn all the settings on my 5D, but this camera actually motivates me to dig in and grow. The autofocus is outstanding, the image quality is beautiful, and the mirrorless features make shooting easier and more enjoyable. Whether I’m capturing action, portraits, or ministry events, it delivers consistently strong results. I love my 5DM4 and intend to keep it. The R5M3 is a fantastic upgrade for anyone moving from DSLR to mirrorless, powerful, modern, and built to grow on you.
