Best camera for low light action. Can't compliment this camera enough.

Best camera I’ve ever owned. My last camera was a Canon 5D mark II and this is sharper, with a much fast auto focus. The eye tracking for humans and animals is amazing!

Have had this camera for about a year now. Best decision. I shoot a lot of portraits and landscape and I have to say the image quality, AF capabilities, and color is superb.

Exceeded my expectations, the hype is real. The autofocus has to be experienced to understand how good it really is. I came from a T5i and the overall speed at focus acquisition and burst are phenomenal. I did return the R6 for an R5 but only because I found myself looking for those extra pixels. Some of my best photos taken to date came from my short ownership of the R6.

I’m not a professional but an enthusiast of photography. I wanted more that the EOS R and RP when it came to my images and looked everywhere and all the time. Never on sale which I expected even Black Friday so if you want it just do the no interest and enjoy the memories.

I wish I could give this camera more than 5 stars! I’m a photographer and I struggle with ocular migraines, mostly due to looking through the tiny view finder. My camera I was using was a canon 7d Mark ii. I also love that camera and I thought that I couldn’t get better…. Enter mirrorless…. I was stuck between the canon R5 or the Canon R6, I went back and forth for a while but I am so glad that I went with the R6. I don’t have to look through the viewfinder to get an amazing shot, it’s all touch screen and the quality of the photo is unreal. The low light capabilities that this camera can take is also out of this world. SOOOOOO to sum up my review…. GET IT, trust me, you can thank me later. Ps- always shoot in RAW format and make sure you get a good sd card, don’t hold your camera back from the camera’s full potential.

I'm an intermediate photographer/videographer. The quality that this thing is able to pump out has blown me away. The low-light capabilities it has when taking photos allows me to use faster shutterspeeds, and pump the ISO a little more to capture night photos including the stars. Video quality is a delight in 4K Log, especially at 60fps. I've taken some amazing photos since I've had it. If you're on the fence, just do it. The 20 MP may seem like not a lot, but you won't really notice it. Lightroom also now has a feature to artificially up the resolution if you really need to anyway.

I am very happy with this camera. I have owned the 40D but this is my first full frame. I recently took it on a trip to mammoth caves KY and then Nashville TN. It handles low light extremely well and my pictures, in all situations, were sharp and the colors were beautiful. I don’t think 20mp is a problem either. I came from just 10mp and even with that you could get amazing pictures printed.

I upgraded to the EOS R6 after owning the EOS 40D for 15 years. To say that there have been leaps and bounds in technology advancement between the two would be an understatement. I love the mirrorless system of the R6. The autofocus in this is unreal for speed and accuracy. I purchased the kit with the RF 24-105 f4 L IS lense. I own the EF 70-200 F4L IS, and that was my only L lense. I own the 50 f1.4 too, and these were my only lenses. The 24-105 is a fantastic focal length, and this lense is tack sharp with great colors and contrast. A perfect everyday walk-around or travel lens. Shipping was fast and accurate from Best Buy online. Of course 5 days after I received my EOS R6, Canon announced the R6 Mark 2; and the price had dropped on the R6 I had purchased. Best Buy honored their price match, and credited me the difference in the new price. The speed accuracy, and beauty of the photos out of this kit is simply superb.

Canon finally updated their game in the mirror less cameras, the auto focus is very fast and focus tracking is impressive on this camera. It is big upgrade from the Canon EoS R when it came originally. Only down thing is it is over heating. Canon needs to do something about that.

Great camera with a simple menu and ease of use systems. This is my first mirrorless camera and it is living up to many of the good reviews thus far. I have found YouTube a great source for some basic setups and explain action of the menu items, this has helped out quite a bit as it has been sometime that I have upgraded to a newer system. I was looking into the canon or the Sony and decided to go with Canon because of my familiarity with the camera and I liked the feel of the camera. The L lens and the body together are a little in the heavier side but are manageable. My only complaint would be the straps that come with the camera for this price point you would figure quick release straps would be included.

One of the best camera package I have ever purchased. The R6 Camera is very easy to use. The RF24-105 f4 lens is very fast and remarkably clear pictures. Paired together this is an outstanding Package. I highly recommend.

I've owned Canon DSLRs for 12 years and have been waiting for a decent mirrorless to switch for. R6 overall exided my expectations, I really like the AF, it just made shoting very easy process that allows me to concentrate more on a scene. I'm using it only for stills and before buying it considered Sony and Nikon since I anyway had to switch the system (not a fan of connectors). For and old Canon guy it is simply the silver bullet. I don't mind sensor size, its plenty for my tasks, but I'm impressed with its quality and speed. The only thing that I miss is additional display on top, but actually its absence thought me how to very efficiently use main display and now I'm 50/50 between it and a viewfinder.
