I use this with an r5 and rf 100-500 and the wildlife captures are tack sharp. Great job Canon!

I have been using this with the RF 200-800 and it has been an excellent addition and provides added reach. I hope to add more mirrorless lenses, such as the RF 100-500 and have the ability to utilize the extender with it also.

You can’t go wrong with adding this extender to any capable RF lens….little loss to image quality! Works great with the RF 70-200mm F2.8z lens!!!!

The Canon extender RF 1.4x is designed for a short list of telephoto lenses. I have used it with Canon RF 100-500 lens, there is only marginal degrade of image quality, so it is a good gadget in my collection.

The Canon 1.4x Extender is as expected. High quality, as are all the Canon products we own. The purchase process through Best Buy was excellent and the delivery was quick.

Good for added reach but paired with certain lens in unusable with most lenses.

Works great with the RF 70-200 z lens. A joy with the RF 100-400 as well.

Like the extender seems to work well with my Canon 100-500 lens. Going to get its big test at Yellowstone Park.

Wasn't sure if i really wanted to buy this. But i did and impressed with being able to use on my 100-400mm lens to make it 300-350mm. Worth the purchase
