Customer Ratings & Reviews

Nothing compares to the original when purchasing ink refills, at least nothing I have found yet. We do a lot of printing with 2 college students in the household, and the original Canon products last longer and are hassle-free. I have tried many different replacement cartridges and none have compared to the originals for ink quantity and quality!

I don’t do tons of printing but this ink lasts a long time. It is definitely worth spending a bit more and get the XL capacity for more ink.

Lasted about one year since my last purchase!! Great color quality and would highly recommend for photo printing as well!!

I run out of black and white ink more often so I keep and extra on hand. I always go with the original OEM brand. It's not the bargain of a lifetime but I know it will instalk correctly and it will work.

I like the ink use it a lot for making copys good copys.

I only purchase name brand ink. Don’t change buying other brands it will mess up your printer quality.

I purchased a brand new washer and dryer. Washer arrived in truck and once wrapping was removed, a massive dent was revealed. Had to speak with various best buy personnel and was offered a $250 gift card for the damage. So far, they have only sent me one gift card that is worth $150 and still waiting for the remainder. The remainder sgould have been sent several weeks ago and still nothing.

Good quality, easy to install and long lasting. I have purchased this several times & this is a consistently good quality product.

Works great. Was easy to install. The print quality is perfect

The Canon PIXMA 240XL black ink cartridge delivers sharp, rich prints with long-lasting quality. It’s perfect for everyday documents and produces crisp text every time. The XL size offers great value, lasting much longer than standard cartridges. Easy to install and reliable—definitely a smart choice for home or office printing.

The ink cartridge is easy to install and distributes the ink evenly and boldly.

Great value compared to other retailers for same product, good quality and super easy to install.

It goes in very easily, works very well and is dark black the way black ink should be. I always use this brand as it is the best on the market for my laptop computer. The price is also vey reasonable and easy to find in the aisles.

Works well and did the job. Canon is a great printer to use and the ink is excellent.

Fits my printer exactly (had to ask in store for help to make sure) and was very easy to replace. Works as expected and I'm back to printing my needed documents and pictures.

It's a printer cartridge. It fits my printer. It makes my printer print exactly as the instructions say. It's a replacement for exactly what came with the printer, my expectations weren't that hard to meet. They were met. I can't possibly imagine giving a poor review since they're only a piece of a bigger thing which also seems to work pretty well. I guess if it starting hitting on my wife or tried to steal my car my rating wouldn't be so good, but my wife said the cartridge was very well behaved and too small to drive so I don't feel threatened. Is it an amazing product? No. It is a perfectly adequate product. It isn't bad nor good, not exceptional nor underwhelming. It's very good at being exactly what it is.

I used to have a different brand printer, but this Canon is so much better & the ink is better too - easier to install & cheaper.

Amazing ink :) love the easy use with my printer! Affordable and lasts long

The ink cartridge was well packaged. The product was the original ink cartridge for my printer not a refurbished brand. It was easy to locate in the printer ink section of the store. Once I paid for the ink and brought it home the installation of the ink cartridge was very easy. The ink printed evenly on the paper and I haven't had any issues with it.

Quality and price are excellent! I use my printer all day and find that this cartridge lasts a long time!
