Customer Ratings & Reviews

really love the choice that I made. I’ll becoming a Best Buy customer and I love my Canon ink kind of pricey, but it’s good.

Overall, the ink is good, high quality, it sometimes smears as the paper is printed out but it may be a function of the printer roller, not too savvy on that issue. I'll continue to purchase this one until my printer croaks.

Good ink supply snaps right in never had any issues with leaks or smears. Long lasting cartridge for home use . Wouldn't mind if the price was lower. Always try to buy on sale or when I have members rewards

I have been to several stores in my area looking for the Canon 245 XL replacement for my Canon MX490. I know the printer is old but it still prints like it is brand new. I am happy that I was able to find the black and color combo at Best Buy bring that they do deliver too. They do work as described.

Always pays to use manufacturers ink. Ive had no issue with them as opposed to off-brand that cause problems with the printer.

Ink cartridges work well. Easy to install and good results on lasting for many pages.

THe XL cartridges goes a long way and give you maximum value for the money spend in comparison to the regular one.

As usual, Best Buy delivers orders in a short amount of time and in good condition. Only issue I have now is that the printer that these were used in, has now "died". However I ordered a new printer a few days ago that arrived yesterday, and is now in operation. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy.

Quality is good. It lasts, and have no problems installing in computer

Never a problem in using these factory cartridges.

I got high quality cannon replacement ink cartridges for my printer. The price was good.

The ink last longer and performance is very good quality.

These products perform as advertised although my computer thinks there is less ink in the cartridges than there really is!

A twin pak of printer ink alway use cannon for quality

The right cartridges for my old standby Cannon MG2522series inkjet printer. Arrived on time. No complaints

Cannon 245 XL is the ink of choice and performance. Economical and dependable. Always keep an extra package on hand.

I dont have any issues with the ink cartridges and would recommend it. The only reason I gave it a lower rating regarding the value is because the same XL cartridges are available at wholesale price for a pack of 3 for just $7 more which is a way better bargain. Going forward, I will purchase the XL cartridges wholesale for a pack of 3 for $77.99 at BJ's instead of a pack of 2 for $70.35.

Thank you Best Buy for having exactly what I needed. I usually don’t have to wait long to receive anything I order. But, for some reason UPS couldn’t make up their mind on what day they were going to deliver my order. Ugh, not Best Buy’s fault. Anywho, it won’t keep me from shopping here.

as always by purchasing on line, I can be assured the ink was in stock and i got it delivered promptly. In the past, i went to several other stores( not best buy) and wasted time and gas to find they had no ink cartridges. I will always buy from best buy, when possible. Thank you N. Kirby

Love this product! The color of the ink are great.
