The Canon TR85200 is a really good all-purpose printer that does pretty much everything, including photos. I set mine up on the wireless network and it was quite easy to do. I replaced a Canon printer that lasted many years before it finally gave up, and I expect that this new printer will keep going just as long. Two things that you should know - First, the control panel has to be tipped out and up for the machine to print. When it is closed it blocks the paper exit and you will get a warning. Second, there is an arm, of sorts, with a flip-out holder (instead of a tray) that you need to pull out when you print. This catches the paper nicely with no problems. But, if you forget to pull the arm out the printer shoots the print job out rather enthusiastically. It is interesting to see the paper fly across the room, but mostly it disturbs the cat. Pull the arm out and flip up the flipper-thing and everyone is super happy. I really like this printer.

I have only one complaint about this item: it uses too much ink. Print quality is great. Easy to use. I just wouldn’t recommend printing a 50-100 page document or making 50-100 copies at one time.

I purchased this for printed documents and photos and scanning. Printing documents is fine. Printing photos is great. The scanner is the reason that I bought this over the comparable HP. Resolution is superior to the HP model. Also wireless connection is very simple, sets up on all your PC's.

Quality is outstanding and very easy to use. Easy double sided printing. Touch screen is a great tool.

Canon tr8520 is working well, hooked up easily and is not too hard to figure out. Wireless set upis good and the copy feature works well, photos come out good. Impressed with the value. I don't like the small cover for the paper tray, its a light piece of plastic that coveranout 1/8 of a sheet of paper in the front of the printer, we feel like we should just throw it out, the printer without it.

This printer has been a godsend! I use it daily and it has been very reliable. I love that it is no fuss and has Bluetooth capabilities. I literally print from my iPhone whenever I am too lazy to pull out my laptop!!

This device couldn't even process the canon grade glossy 4x6 pictures included. Been over thirty minutes and the two images I printed are smudged and still completely wet with ink. Dreadful quality.

I bought this to replace a older canon mx340 and I am glad I waited. I was going to purchase the 9020 but didn’t like that it did not have an auto document feeder for copying large paper stacks. This one has the same features as my older canon but also supports AirPrint and Google Cloud Print. It also supports wireless scanning which our Macs could not do on the MX340. The photo prints are of great quality and it uses less ink and is much quieter than our older printer.

I was working on my second MX920 Canon printer and was beginning to get error messages requiring resetting or removing and replacing the print head. I'd had my eye on this printer as a possible replacement and after a months usage I'm not disappointed. Setup was easy. I used the website, rather than the included CD. Setup instructions included directions to the website. The only setup glitch: it did not connect to my network. I followed plan two, connecting through the printer itself. Worked perfectly. Was up and running in no time. It is smaller that the MX920 and I like that. It doesn't feel as sturdy, more plastic. It prints faster and quieter than the 920. Photos print from the rear and I had no problem with that. FAX setup was pretty painless. I do not like that the front panel needs to be open to print. However if you keep it open and the printer is turned off it will wake up and print if you want to print and forget to turn it on. Don't forget to pull the paper holder out or printed work will drop to the floor. The price is right, it includes FAX capabilities and set up went smoothly. It's a good replacement.

Good compact printer, easy set up, good quality. A little too pricey. Fed up with poor quality HP printers going back to Canon after many years . Will see how it does.

I have been using this product for the past 30 days. It was easy to set up with my Windows 10 desktop computer. The wireless printing was also easy to set up with an iPad Pro and an android cell phone. The printing quality is very good for this price point with better that average color accuracy. I have been using the scanner quite intensively scanning hundreds, soon to be in the thousands, of family photographs. The scanner has worked flawlessly and I am very pleased the the quality of the scans. I have not used the fax function so I cannot comment on its performance. Making copies is as simple a pushing a button. I am still using the printer cartridges that came with the product and have printed no more than two hundred pages. I don't really know what the cost of ownership will be due to ink use, but time will tell. One of the best features of this printer is the large color back lit display that is easy to read even at extreme angles. The one quirky thing about this devise is that the front panel needs to be swung open when printing, which is just odd to me. Overall this has been a excellent purchase for a home use All-In-One printed.

This is my third Canon printer. I stay with Canon mainly because I have gotten used to their software features such as being able to scan a document and convert it to editable text. This one is a good printer with lots of nice features, but it is not perfect . It prints legal sized docs, envelopes, photos, etc., and it has a document feeder. For some options on the touch screen, I had to use the on-line manual, but then I was pleased. Connecting to our various computers, laptops, tablets, and netbooks was simple. I can't comment on wireless printing from cameras or cell-phones because I always first transfer photos to my computer. I printed a test photo from the computer, and it turned out fine after I figured out the paper settings. I gave this printer 4 stars instead of 5 because (1) it is noisy (as are all Canon printers), (2) the lower paper tray is flimsy and difficult to use (but you could just use the rear feed), and (3) the printer turns off automatically to save power and then doesn't turn back on automatically when a print is sent contrary to what is mentioned in the product description. It seems like every time I send a print, the printer is off-line, and I have to turn it on and wait for it "to gather information" and resume. All is all, it is a good printer with lots of good features but annoying paper tray and power save features. As far as value for price: too bad I didn't wait for Christmas sales. Current price looks great!

Perfect size. Great price. Wonderful text and photo quality. Speed is fine. Have not used fax yet. I would recommend to others. Only issue during set up, a third party tech support company cut in on the Canon site download and tried to sell anti virus protection in exchange for completing the driver download. After a terrible 2 hour phone experience and multiple followup calls by them over the next 3 days, I realized I had the drivers the whole time. Followed the real Canon instructions and I was in business !
