Printer itself works fine. Produces high quality text and is very fast. Setup was disappointing. Software is on the Canon website, no longer on a CD. The driver was not right and I had to call Support to get the right driver installed. I wanted to connect with a USB cable and not wi-fi. I bought the CarePak and was sent a confirmation number, but no activation code which was supposed to come in two days. After two weeks I called Support again and found out the confirmation was also the activation code. No instructions were provided about this. In short, you'll probably have to call Support to get the printer working.

Bought this Canon AIO Printer to replace an Epson that never worked properly at scanning (Windows couldn't never find the scanner, only the printer, regardless of settings). Never had issues with Canon before and so far, this one is working great and one feature that I was also looking for was the ability of printing right on my DVD disks. I can also make document copies right from the printer without using my Computer.

The printer is OK, but it does not easily connect to wireless networks, and the instructions are useless. It took a call to a very helpful Canon service rep who explained that it does not work if your wireless router uses WEP 3, the security protocol released in 2018. How could a new product in 2025 not work with the best security protocol that is already 7 years old? Come on Cannon!

The Canon Pixma printer is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality printer. From its sleek design to its outstanding performance, this printer has exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the print quality is fantastic. Whether I’m printing photos, documents, or projects for school, the results are always sharp and professional-looking. The color accuracy is especially impressive, making it perfect for photo printing. Second, the wireless connectivity is a game changer. It’s super easy to connect via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and I can print directly from my laptop, phone, or tablet. The Canon app makes managing print jobs straightforward, even when I’m not at home. Another feature I love is its compact size. It doesn’t take up much space on my desk but still feels sturdy and durable. Plus, the ink cartridges last longer than I expected, and replacements are reasonably priced compared to other brands. Lastly, the printer is incredibly versatile. It handles printing, scanning, and copying effortlessly, which makes it a perfect all-in-one solution for home or small office use. Overall, the Canon Pixma printer is a reliable and high-performing device that’s worth every penny. Whether you need it for work, school, or personal use, it’s a fantastic investment!

This printer requires you tube subscription to get set-up. There are 3 paper feed trays (and a 4th on top) with no instructions on how to select tray for printing. There is a secretive feed on the back that I had to investigate on where it was and how to use it. Would have been so much simpler if they included a users manual!!!!

Set up was really easy. Prints multiple sizes of documents and photos. Photos come out beautifully! Excellent upgrade, love working with Canon products.

Nice printer, rate it 5 stars on performance, but I have to give it 3 stars because you must manually open the front panel and paper tray to use it. If you are printing remotely and they are not open it won't print. At the very least Canon should make that clear in their description on the machine,

This printer was very easy to set up and connect to my computer. It prints things quickly and it’s very easy to copy things with it.

Highly recommend this printer. Its a perfect hybrid printer that can address photo quality images and work from home needs. I print roughly 5 to 8 photo type prints a month and 75 to 100 pages of business class color. The printer is a perfect in-between device that yields great images at a fast speed. Also, the starter cartridges produced a decent number of images before they expired. Replacement cartridges are relatively inexpensive. Ink isn’t cheap now matter how you spin it.

Got this to a Canon MG6120. It is noisier and flimsier than the old printer. Even when set to not disconnect after a period of time, it disconnects and has to be turned off and then on using the button. Expected more from Canon. Disappointing product.

I bought the printer for school. I have already used is several times and find that I like both the printing and scanning features. I test printed a few pictures and they cam out looking really good. I am looking forward to using the printer more.

So far so good. Added this printer to replace an HP which always acted quirky. I use this mostly to print, but have scanned documents as well. Very user friendly. Also purchased this printer so that I can print on 11"x17" paper. Cartridges are also easier to replace.

This worked out great. Great size and fast printing. I like the front load cassette. Recommend highly!

I like that this printer prints larger size so I can make copies of my art. I love Canon, have been using them for years. Due to high print volume the ink doesn't last long, which I expected.
