The camera is spectacular — I had wanted it for a long time and I’m very happy with its performance so far. However, I would like to express my concern about one important detail. When I received the package, I noticed that the box had already been opened and it was evident that the camera had been previously used. I find this very disappointing, as the product was sold to me as new, not open-box or used. At this moment, the camera is working well, but I believe it is unacceptable to sell an item as new when it has clearly been opened and used before. I would appreciate your explanation and a proper solution to this situation.

This is an amazing little camera. The image quality is super clear, it works great in low light, and the flip-up screen is perfect for vlogging or selfies. It’s small, easy to carry, and really simple to use—great for travel or everyday shots!

This camera is Amazing!!! Quality of video is really good! Pictures as well! The sound is better than the mark II! Is not heavy at all and very easy to use!!!

Awesome optics. Great zoom. Autofocus works really well too. Videos look great. The camera was smaller than I expected, which is excellent. It fits easily in a bag or backpack...or discretely in your pocket for travel. The build quality is super solid, and the photos and videos look amazing compared to typical phone camera quality. If you can find it in stock, highly recommended.

This little camera is awesome!! The pictures are crisp and clean and with the current update, the face detection has gotten better on this camera. I was shooting pictures on my phone like everyone else, but I wanted something that had better range. I tried out this camera because of the 1'' sensor and all I can say is that having a larger sensor makes a very big difference. The pictures are much cleaner coming out this camera than they are coming out my iPhone 14 pro.
