Much better than camera phone when zooming. Using 1080p 60fps, a few weekends so far. Purchase of additional battery was required to capture more footage from the day. I saw videos from this camera before purchase and it has delivered that expected quality.

As someone who’s not tech savvy, I LOVE this camera. It’s very easy to manage and everything is self explanatory. When you hold the camera it fits perfect in your hand it doesn’t feel awkward at all. If you’re looking for that nostalgic home video feel this is the perfect camera. & the battery life is great, and you can store 2 SD cards.

This camera may be a bit overkill for what I need, but I love the quality. It definitely feels like it will last for years. 4k video looks amazing even with just using the Auto mode, but I usually switch to 1080p just to save space and that looks great too. I like the dual SD slots and that it will continue recording on the second SD card during a long video. I love that it has a view finder for recording in the sun, and if the screen ever breaks the Camcorder is still functional. It seems like the battery life is really good. Can get a few hours with the screen on. Only thing I've noticed is it will sometimes take a little bit to get into focus in Auto mode when quickly zooming or getting really close to an object

Great camera easy to use great zoom and great video quality

The Cannon Vixia G70 is a good 4K camcorder for beginners. It has automatic 6 in 1 lenses for anyone that wants to record video, but has little knowledge on changing lenses. The touchscreen is clear and easy to use. The camera feels very light and comfortable and the zoom buttons are very conveniently accessible. Overall it is a very good camcorder for beginners.

The vixia hf g70 is the newest camcorder canon came out with. The quality on both video recording and camera(photos) is amazing. Not only that but you can customize your own P which has lots of slot that you can name and save for spesific shots so the editing wont be to much of a challenge. Ive used it for both photos and video recording.

This honestly fits all my needs for live streaming at church but I had to make sure to buy it with the Elgato Cam Link 4k and a Thin HDMI to HDMI cable to be able to connect it to my PC in church

This camera stands out for its exceptional quality and user-friendly features, thanks to its intuitive controls. Despite its size, the weight is manageable. However, when attempting to record local high school bands from the announcer’s booth, the camera struggled to capture a wide enough shot, resulting in a somewhat cramped view of the performance area.

Great all-around camera. Stabilization is completely acceptable though I wouldn't go as far as to say it's an action cam. It loves a tripod like anything. Great OLED viewfinder. Crisp picture even at 20x as expected. Canon quality. Not horribly oversized and contains pro-level features like dual card slots that you don't always find at this price point.

Excellent Camcorder with High Quality Video. Easy to setup and use. I do like simple approach of USB-C DC in which enables me to run it on Powerbank with 30W output. Also USB-C UVC is plus. I wish it had audio along with video

Great camcorder, i use it for my podcast and i haven't had any issues with it. Just a heads up though, if you are gonna use this for a podcast, and you got it wireed to a computer, dont put an sd card in it, or you can leave the sd card door open. Otherwise you will have a record symbol on the top middle of your screen.

It's a canon (I have a nice canon dslr too). Great video image quality. Colors are very good without much of any need to color grade. Stock, the settings need to be adjusted (see MarkusPix youtube for guide ..it is easy and takes only a few minutes to do ...but well worth the outcome) Stabilization is quite good but if fully zoomed in you will need to be very steady. with your hands (recommend a shot monopod connected that you can hold with your left hand against your body). Mine had a rare issue that caused serious vignetting when zoomed around 16x and more. According to my research it was most likely due to a faulty ribbon cable internally so I returned it and none were in stock to replace it. Waiting until it comes back in stock and maybe it will be on a sale as well. Zoom rocker is too fast out of teh box, but can be adjusted easily in settings. I liked it and would have kept it if it wasn't faulty.

I bought this camera for filming deer hunts and family events. Love the ease of use and handiness of this camera. Great quality video and zooms in 20x so you can video from a good distance.
