The idea of this remote was great, and it seemed to be pretty well-built. Also, the online instructions were easy to follow. Sadly, even though the documentation said that this remote would work with my 2002 Dodge RAM 2500 truck, it did not. Tried a couple dozen times to activate and pair the remote, but it failed on the last step every time. Even replaced the battery, since the LED seemed a bit dim. Tried to contact the company via email, but have receive no response after 2 weeks. Will need to get someone on the phone to see if they have any further tricks to get it working, since I only had 15 days to return it and that time has gone by.
