They can be used for payment on your cruise, anything your purchase on the carnival website (shore excursions, specialty dining, etc.) and they are great to take on your cruise and put on your sail and sign account.

I purchased two Carnival Gift Cards from Beat Buy on March 12th and never got the gift card information. I have contacted Best Buy multiple times and have not received any help just different 800’s to call. Only thing they say it the order shows complete on their end. I called and asked for a manager and got hung up on. The gift card information states it was cancelled. I have not received any gift card information or a refund. Best Buy a horrible company.
