Mine came with the sheep keychain!
Awesome game and even more awesome is that the copy I received was the launch edition that includes the limited edition sheep keychain! I am a nintendo collector so to receive the special edition at such a late date was great! But I must warn others that I tried to order another copy of the game like a week later and I recieved the standard copy that does not include the keychain. So your results may very. Still an awesome game even if you don’t receive the limited edition keychain.

Awesome physical release from Atlus!
Originally planned on importing a PS Vita copy until I found a copy for $30 at a local Best Buy. Great deal on a the definitive edition of this game (ALL DLC included on the cartridge, portable play from Vita, TV play from PS4).

One of my favorite games
I played the og and love the addition of Rin, and I prefer Rin to the other love interests. If you’re new to Catherine, it’s so much fun. The puzzles are equal parts challenging and engaging, the characters are all very interesting, the story is wild but easy to follow, and imo it has great replay value. I usually finish a game and that’s that, but with this I wanted to see what happened if I did different things. So yeah, definitely worth the purchase! Although the Switch joysticks are soooo sensitive for the puzzles which is a major flaw since a slight movement can mess up a puzzle pretty easily. I’d get it for Playstation unless you really want to play it portably.

One of my favorite games of all time!
Atlus is probably my favorite developer, with developers like Bethesda, Obsidian, old BioWare, and Square Enix following behind them. Catherine is an incredibly complex puzzle and social sim game with a multi-path plot discussing morals and values in romantic relationships— if you played Tetris, Persona, or read visual novels make sure to pick up a copy. It’s also fully playable on Cartridge— no additional downloads needed… considering that Sony has decided to discontinue physical media, I will only be making purchases of fully playable physical games. Many Xbox One titles are only partially on disc, and while some switch 2 games are game keys they still function similarly to full physical media on the secondary market. Having choice taken from you is not a decision for gamers. No Disc/Cartridge = No Buy.

I’m debating on getting this game, but would like to know if it is as good or better than the original classic version that was on the 7th gen consoles (Xbox 360 and PS3). Also, what are the differences between this and the original classic version.
This is essentially a revamped version with new story and multiplayer content. There are also plenty of quality of life changes in this as well. The graphics are also much improved. I don't know the specifics but you can look them up on YouTube. I would highly recommend this version over the original.

I know that Atlus blocked the share button functionality for screencaps and videos (and streaming) on PS4, after the first portion of the game. Is the capture button similarly blocked on the Switch version? Might double-dip for that feature if not.

does this box come with a keychain of a sheep as i have seen in unboxing?
No. I bought this game. It does not have a sheep key chain. But, the Story and Gameplay !!!! IT WAS WORTH IT !!!! I WAS ADDICTED THE WHOLE TIME. GREAT GAME. I'm so happy I bought this in physical copy for my Nintendo Switch.
