Easy to set up. Easy to use. Very clear view. I bought it for my 16 year old's birthday. Best present ever. Has made for some wonderful time together!

This telescope arrived quickly with no shipping damage. Upon opening I found it easy to assemble and we were able to play around looking at a full moon within minutes. We have yet to delve into the computer controlled star tracking, but anticipate it wont be too complicated based on our experience so far!

I bought this for my 15 year old Grandson who expressed an interest in astronomy. I was impressed with the automatic tracking and location library and it works.

Was looking for a new hobby to pass the time during the quarantine and this was perfect. It’s important to read all the information and set it up with a friend if possible to fully understand how it works. If you don’t you will just get frustrated, but I can assure you it’s worth taking the time to understand

I bought it for my cousin and she loved it. She uses every night to look at the moon and star. She stated she loves it and is very thankful to have this wonderful product.

Bought this for my son for Christmas last year. He lives in Manhattan. I read the reviews before purchasing. They were all great. He has taken many pictures from his apartment and the rooftop. He said setup was easy!

Bought it as a birthday gift for my adult daughter that’s beginning to experience the magical world of astronomy. She loves it! Easy to setup. Took a little time and practice to understand how to use it.

So far so good. No problems with dust. We'll see how it holds.

Great telescope, but you must make a commitment of time to learn how to use. Not a set up and use. But given the commitment of time and learning, it is great!

If you're expecting to get deep into the Stars this is not the purchase for you. You would be better off getting a good pair of binoculars. All you will see in the sky with the naked eye is a small white dots and what you will see with this is a slightly bigger small white dot.

After 10 attempts to align the telescope and buying 16 batteries, and trying to upload new software to the hand device that also failed I raised the white flag and returned the product. I was so excited for this telescope and use it just to have it not work made me very disappointed.

Came in early than expected assembly was easy computer control is simple to use and align. Used rechargeable batteries and got over 3 hours of use and still had battery life. I live in the middle of a large city and could see the rings of Saturn from the balcony of my apartment.

I ordered this from Best Buy online because of the price, computerized scope, good focal length and name brand. Mechanical setup was easy, took about 20 minutes. Setting up the spotting scope took about 20 minutes if you don't follow their instructions, I suggest setting up the spotting scope in daylight with a distant object. I had a chance to see a few distant stars on my first night, but did not set up the "Sky Align" feature, it is a 3 star align that essentially tells the computer where you are then can point out stars in the sky. The Sky Align needs to be set up prior to the scope finding any stars. On my third day of use, the motor stopped working, gave me an error "No Response 16". I will give customer service at Celestron credit, when I called them, I was on hold less than 3 minutes and they agreed to replace the unit without any problems, but I had sent them an email the night before. I decided to return this to Best Buy and I am still deciding about getting another.
