Easy to assemble. Not to mention it fits great in the corner of my garage along side the squat rack, i use this machine a lot. Great to target arms, chest, shoulders, back. And with an ankle attachment I got separately I train the hamstrings.

Very great quality. I feel that I am working out in an actually gym when I use it at home! It was pretty easy to set up if you read the instructions. It’s small and fits in the corner of our basement nicely. Price was also better than other cable machines online. Warning though it is heavy, my husband moved the big parts downstairs by himself but should have had help to make it safer.
