Q: It doesn't say the height of the door requirements. I have a 9' door, will this work?

A: It will work, but I don't think it will raise the door all of the way. There's only about 6-8 inches between the connection point on the carrier/belt and the opener when it's open, and my door is less than 8' tall. I'd look for one that's specifically for a 9' door.

Q: does this have the iPhone service where you can check if your garage door is closed from the app

A: No. You will still need to purchase the MyQ Internet Gateway to access this unit from the app.

Q: Does BestBuy have installation service for this garage door opener?

A: I'm not sure but I did it myself and it was pretty easy. I had never installed one before.
