It doesn't pick up people walking to the door from our driveway, we have had multiple packages delivered and once in a while we get the vehicle but only once have we ever seen the delivery person. Doorbell wont update software even sitting next to the Wi-Fi router. Video of vehicles driving by dropout and pick back up

Battery life wont last a full day

Got it, Worked great with the free trial subscription, the min that we didnt opt into the subscription the battery life tanked - On this product and our Garage pad. We purchased another battery thinking we maybe just got a dud - it also drains within 14 hours - we have to take it apart DAILY to charge it. Sounds like this is common.

I installed the video doorbell in the previous spot so the install was super easy. Trying to reduce the amount of times it recognizes a car on the street.
