Q: Does this come with a drip dray, for when you’re cooking burgers on this?
A: It does not. This product is as basic as it gets but it gets the job done, on a budget of course.
A: Not specifically. I don't think it gets really hot - it does not char the meat, so smoke is not a problem, but greasy steam may be. I did a couple skewers of chicken, and there was steam.
Q: Can I Barbecue ribs and steaks on this
A: Only if they are less than 1 inch thick. It has a simple hinge in back, so the top would not accommodate anything thicker - it would cook closest to the hinge fine, but the food would not have the advantage of the top heating element on the outer-most side. The heat does not get high enough to char the food, but it does a good job of heating from both top and bottom
