I love how quickly it heats up and stays hot if I’m there when it’s done heating up . Plus all the different temps . It’s a life changer for me . I use it probably 3 to 4xs a day . It’s nice looking too .

It doesnt hold as much water as I would like, but it heats quickly. I wish you could silence the loud beeping when it finishes heating. Easy to get moisture trapped in the water level gauge, hard to get rid of. Additionally, if you have any ants in your house, they will love this teapot. I don’t know why, but this thing is always full of ants. They do not even mind the boiling.

It shipped with FedEx and arrived undamaged. It is well packaged. It has a nice matte black color, a stainless steel interior and 5 temperature settings and a keep warm setting. It doesn’t take up much room on the counters and it brings me joy when i use it!
