A: This is being received as a diluted 16 oz spray bottle version and not the concentrated gel. I am disappointed but Best Buy has a great return policy so I'm going to test it out before I decide if I'm going to return it. I'm happy to see chemical guy products being sold on Best buy's website. I am hesitant to return it because I want them to put more products and not just disappear from dest buy like Chrome industry backpacks did. Someone at corporate made an error or didn't check the photos that were sent by chemical guys. But this product is reported to be very good I haven't had a chance to use it.
