    Works as expected

    It holds enough water to avoid frequent refills. Generates enough heat. Does require a few extra runs depending on the material. Good product for the price. It is not light.

    Great for Crochet

    Bought the steamer to help with blocking my crochet projects. It’s easy to use and has worked great. When filled with water it can get a bit heavy, but still easy to hold up.

    Its okay

    My wife and i wanted to love this as we had a cheaper steamer for a number of years. Sadly, se thought upgrading to this would improve the work flow. It is simply an okay device. I would look elsewhere.

    Received a USED item

    I have a trip coming uo in s few fays and needed a travel stesmer snd this one seemed very nice. I wss excited to receive my item today only to find that it was shipped without a box to protect it, the steamers box was all beat up and dirty, the steamer itself amhad scratches on it and it had water inside the tank. This item was clearly used snd returned and the shipping label said it came from Best Buy Returns. I purchased a new product, there dhould be no readon why they are sending returned items to customers paying for a new product. I contacted the chat and unfortunately they can not expidite a new steamer to me and stated that it would take over a week. I will be irdering from amazon with Prime instrad snd hopefully all works for the best. Hopefully this does not happen to someone else! I am dissapointed in this thpe of service from a company like Best Buy! No efforts to help the customer either.
