This straightener is great. It doesn't close tho which makes it hard to travel with and it takes up a lot of space.

Exactly what I had expected, it heats up quickly and easy to use and light weight.

I like the Chi flat iron, in hindsight if you have Coarse hair like I do, I should have gotten the Babyliss tourmaline flat iron. The Chi I think is @350 degrees and the Babyliss gets up to @430 degrees and I have natural hair, so I think the Chi worked better for me when I had permed hair. It still works but the Babyliss is so much easier.

I love CHI products and their ease of use and the fact that they slide through your hair so easily. However, this straightening iron does not have any temperature control like many of the other CHI products. Other than that, it is a great straightening iron.

When I first received my Chi, I was disappointed that there was not a temperature adjustment, as I had overlooked this in the description. However, I have been thoroughly impressed with the Chi! My hair is smooth, flat, and straight!

I didn't realize how bad my straightener was until i got this one. It heats up very quickly and i only have to go over my hair once and its perfect

My daughter has tried many straighteners, and Chi is by far the best. The problem is that Chi does not warranty their straighteners unless you buy them from Chi. So it was awesome to be able to get a protection plan through Best Buy, which is better than the Chi warranty anyway. I am very happy with this purchase.

Gets Hot fast and makes my hair straight with out damage

My previous CHI lasted 6 yrs and finally gave out. After reading some reviews was cautious about the new not working the like old one. Glad I bought it. Very happy with purchase.

Really works wonders on my hair. Been over a week and no problems or fried ends. I would recommend this one especially at a good price!

I use this everyday and it has always held its temperature. Keep in mind you cannot control the temp. You may only turn it on and off. My hair is thicker due to coloring. I would recommend straightening in small pieces to get a nice shine. The cord is also very long.

Great product and a really good price. I tried other flat irons but this is the best brand to purchase.

Good for the price. Definitely gets the job done and is better than most other flat irons I’ve owned. I got it in a rush so I didn’t realize it only had one setting. The one setting is really hot which suits me but I’m sure it’s not for everyone.

This is the perfect flat iron. Small but not too small, it works great and gets super hot without damaging my hair. This is my second one, the first one lasted for 10 years. Totally worth the money.

I like quality but it doesn't have temp control.

This is my 3rd one. I got it as deal of the day for around 50.00 so I bought it as a back up. Which it had a temperature control. This is not an option so I think it would be nice if it had it. Sometimes I don't feel it is as hot as it should be.
