I purchased several products from Best Buy to help with my chronic neck pain due to disc bulges and spinal stenosis. Off the three, this it the only one I kept. It has nodules that target pressure points, and each set of nodules is different (lighter, deeper). They really get in there. And I think just stretching your neck out helps with the pain as well. It isn't a cure, but I have found it to be pretty helpful.

The idea of this neck roll seems smart but its not intuitive, thus its hard to remember which side you rest your neck on and that makes it at times uncomfortable. When used properly it can release tension but you have to be mindful while using so you don't get up too fast and hurt yourself. I would save my money.
