Good for temporary pain relief and stretching the back/neck, but definitely not a substitute for going to a chiropractor regularly. Also wish they came with a bag or carrier of some kind.

This is my second set, first i got my set of 4 then they did this pressure point it is pretty great a must have when you don't have time for a message this is awesome, i also purchased power the roller massager another 5 star on that one

Some of the best therapy tools I've used and a good complement to the Theragun. They are not for the faint of heart because they do work fairly deep. Slowly increased the time I used them. Gladly it can sometimes even make make back relax enough to release/pop.

Awesome - helps me go longer between chiropractor visits. Excellent and works great
