Not a game changer, but a game-adjuster
One of the reasons I bought the Razr early was to get this for free, and as a free accessory I really like it. If I had to buy it though, the $139 would be too steep. Don't get me wrong, I'm really glad I have it and I love using it so I get more mileage out of the external display. One thing that is annoying is every so often (a few times a day) the keyboard stops working, and won't start again until I open the Clicks app. I've tried changing the app settings, to keep it from going into a sleep state, making it an exception from the auto-battery life optimizer, but despite that it still happens. It's not a huge deal opening the app periodically, but still annoying. It'll probably be fixed with a firmware update at some point I would expect. Anyways, keys are clicky, shortcuts make sense, and the case itself feels sturdy and protective for the phone. I like it. I think it's probably worth like $80 max if I hadn't had gotten it for free with the Best Buy promotion.

Sturdy but Heavy—Minimal Drop Protection
Adds noticeable weight to your phone. If you have small hands, it may feel awkward to hold. The added length throws off balance, making drops more likely. It often tips forward, causing arm fatigue over time. It’s got a solid rubbery feel and looks fine, but it’s heavier than expected. The edges don’t curve over the phone—they’re flat and level with the screen. If you drop it, there’s a good chance your phone’s getting cracked.. Deducting two stars due to the added weight and lack of edge protection. A drop could easily damage your phone.

Broke after a week
I absolutely loved this case when i got it when my razr but typing stopped working. Possible charging pass through issue. Clearing the cases port by blowing on it helped in the beginning but now keys randomly stop registering and the frustrations are not work trying to fix it anymore. I reached out to clicks to report the issues and they're ready to send me a free replacement but since i got this through best buy, im stuck trying to explain to chat and phone reps that i want to try to rma the thing and get a replacement so it can get looked at, but no one understands me. I'm looking at just returning. Clicks is ready after replacement fails to give me a new one though. They seem like a great company and i hope mine is just a dud

Does exactly what I need with a glitch workaround
I love this keyboard/phone combo. My goal with switching to this setup is to reduce my screen time. So far, it's working. I don't have to open my phone to do the necessary things like answer a call or send a text, and this keyboard really makes the exterior screen perfectly functional. I will say that the keyboard setting (in the clicks app - included instruction book can show you where) doesn't actually work. Not with this phone anyway. I have to keep it in Data mode for the keyboard to function properly. It switches to keyboard mode automatically when it's charging, but it's an easy thing to switch back. I leave the clicks app running for this reason. Minus that glitch, this really is a perfect product. And a firmware update can easily resolve that issue in the future. It'll be 5 stars when they fix that little hiccup.

sleek blackberry vibes + razr ultra gitches fixed
I was really worried I’d regret buying this case after seeing all the negative reviews—but I’m so glad I trusted my gut. I’m loving it so far! The physical keyboard definitely takes some getting used to, especially if you have long acrylic nails like I do, but overall it’s a super cool accessory that makes the phone feel like a sleek, modern BlackBerry-Razr hybrid. Tip for anyone experiencing connection issues with the Razr Ultra: Make sure the Clicks app stays open at all times, or the keyboard may randomly disconnect. There’s also a setting that lets the keyboard run in the background—it's part of a battery optimization feature. You can find how-to videos on TikTok and YouTube that walk you through enabling it. I think the only thing I wish is that the buttons were slightly bigger and that the case came in different colors.
