I received my tv mount 10 days after placing the order. It was shipped from California to Tennessee by Fedex and the box was heavily taped indicating that it had either been damaged in transit or previously opened. As I was putting the parts together, I discovered that I was missing several parts needed to complete mounting the tv. I contacted the supplier and described the missing parts word for word as written in the instruction manual. I received a message from the supplier asking for a description of the parts. Since I had already described the parts, I replied in layman's terms exactly what the parts were and how they were used to support the tv. I then received a request from the supplier to send a picture from the instruction manual with the missing parts circled. I completed this and then received a message from the supplier saying that the missing parts were not in stock and that they would make an exception and send me a replacement mount. I received the replacement mount 8 days later and it was again shipped by Fedex. This time the box was partially open and damaged, but all of the parts were still in the box. I closed the issue on Best Buy, but I would suggest buying the item in the store where any problems can be immediately resolved.

Although some parts were initially missing, the seller quickly sent them to me. It's very sturdy after installation and fits my 75-inch TV perfectly.

When we received this bracket, the box was damaged and several parts were missing. We contacted the seller; they were very friendly and helpful, and they sent a replacement; but the replacement also arrived in a damaged box with parts missing! Luckily, out of the two packages together, we had enough parts to assemble the bracket completely. As for the bracket itself, it seems to work just fine, now that we have assembled and installed it.

Perfect as advertised delivery was easy and sent delivert uodates regularly.

Poor shipping practices. Product ship in original packaging and arrived tape. My second order was delayed and arrived the same but this time with missing parts

Only fits 16” studs on center no other way to hang it some older house’s are not 16” on center
