Not worth the headaches

The product looks well built, but having difficulty with set up connection to wifi. It's doesn't work with 5G , only 2.4. Tried to change wifi settings on my phone, like it recommended, but the app. doesn't respond. Keeps going in circles with this. Shouldn't be this difficult. It's worthless to me if it won't connect.
