Performance: Runs great and with ease no matter what game I throw at it. AC Odyssey runs flawlessly on MAXED out settings with no screen tearing or frame drops (regardless of what part of the game in) 100% GPU usage and around 40-60% CPU usage. Forza Horizon 4 looks like a movie with how smooth it runs. No dips or drops. Never crashes. 40/60% Ratio on GPU/CPU usage. COD Cold War runs amazing...the only issue is that the CPU usage is constantly at 60%+ but the GPU usage is at 1%. This is probably an optimizing issue with the people at the COD team but it is quite frustrating that the i9-10900k has to be put through that much stress while the RTX 3070 just watches. Quality: Everything about this build just feels superb. The case looks mean, the ports are all flush with the case (no gaps or uneven parts). Package came CAKED in foam. Was very nice to see that because I was very worried about the shipping of the PC. The PC also runs very loud because it has like 5 or 6 fans that are constantly running. I personally do not mind this because it reminds me that this PC will not overheat but for someone who does ASMR, it might be an issue. Shipping: Product came WAY earlier than expected. Was estimated to be shipped by 11/25/2020 but I received it at 8 AM in the morning on 11/18/2020. Complaints: Front of the PC is displayed online with 3 fans, mine only came with 2. Nothing major, it's just false advertising.

This model desktop gaming PC was $163.00 dollars cheaper than the old gaming desktop with the 1080TI graphics card. This gaming desktop out performs the old one by leaps and bounds and the liquid cooled CPU and 3 large fans air cooled Nvidia RTX1070 somehow manages to maintain similar temps that have not gone about 50 degrees even at max graphics and 8x MSAA, for example GTA 5. Thankfully my old PC broke down 2 months before the 3 year full coverage insurance plan was to end and getting a new one was a smooth transition and hassle free. Only thing I had to do was pay $188.00 dollars out of pocket for another 3 years of insurance.

Problems with this computer from the beginning. Two screens, right screen goes dark for 1 second, comes back and goes dark again OR just goes dark for 1 second OR goes dark and the info on the second screen goes to the first screen, then that window shrinks and then gets larger and then the original data now on the first screen goes back to the second screen. No rhyme or reason. Geeks tried to fix online, N/G. Took computer in and even brought them a Key Lime Pie, N/G, took in again N/G. This is very problematic. Have bought over 100 computers since I bought an Apple 2 in 1980 and started inventing, patenting and manufacturing products for the computer industry in 1981. You think I know a little about computers and electronics and had computers that did not work right out of the box. The Geeks may be good at software but I believe this is a hardware issue, like a motherboard. At Grumman Aerospace (spaceships) and Raytheon (radar for a boat), those engineers have just thrown out the motherboard and put in a new one...LOL. Not worth hunting down the problem. Now Geeks want to come to my home but the problem is that it happens every now and then, even hours between going dark. Hope they bring some Starbucks! Cannot recommend this $2000 computer. Sorry. I was really looking forward to it being super fast and being a companion for the next couple of years... HINT from the Geeks: Make sure the data flow is correct on my cables, meaning bi-direction or uni-directional.

Quick response time. Keyboard is light and nice touch, actually like it better than my Razer. The 32GB memory and 4TB storage make storing on my hard drive a lot safer than the cloud. Cloud lost my entire book I had written in Scrivener when it crashed. Geek Squad helped me get data from old hard drive, I put it on a 1TB thumb drive, they were very helpful - a pleasant surprise.

This thing is seriously powerful has run everything I've thrown at it on max settings. Very quiet unless you have the fans on turbo, and the case lighting is beautiful. Quite an upgrade from another customer built to order computer I bought that lasted 6 months. Everything about this computer is quality, you will not regret buying it.

Awesome Gaming PC. Great design so far, I love the way it runs. Smooth barely any noise. Best price for your bucks here. enough storage and the mouse and keyboard included are good too. I was able to pick up before the specified time, so this tells me that this company is on it. Had an Alienware before but had a very bad experience with overheating.

This gaming pc can handle anything you throw at it. Runs AAA Games at setting all the way up with ease. The fans it has inside does an excellent job at keeping the pc from overheating. The fans can sound a little loud but I’m alright with it because i know that the pc won’t overheat.

Love this computer so far fast looks nice also. Took long to get about week and a half longer then they said. But they lowered the price online after I got computer so I called and they are giving me a refund for $200.00 plus tax can’t bet that.

Hope this is worth it needed more storage and a better graphics card and much cooler unit, very quite works great so far.

Over all the machines finally turned out to be a great machine however when initially bought it did not work correctly The memories were in the wrong fort and without buying the extended warranty Best buy was not going to look at it. We did have to send it back to the manufacturer on one occasion they sent it back still in operable. Luckily we came across a very nice technician that did a little diagnosis and figured out that the memories were in the wrong spots rearranged and reset the configuration and now the machine works wonderfully.

When I first ordered this it took almost a month and a half before it finally shipped but it wasn't through Best buy it was being shipped through the actual company that creates the computer so the wait time kind of sucked but the computer itself has been great so far no issues

If you want a very good, fast , no issues and good looking PC get this its worth every songle penny.

Very QUIET!! I only know it's turned on because the lights are on. Front fan lights are red, the RAM and internal fan are multi-color. Wish the front fan lights were multi-color. A real sweet machine.

It is a great computer. Fast. 4T hd and almost 1T SSD. The computer is great. The only problem is that it took 2 weeks longer than Best Buy said it would To get.

I bought this a while ago. It has shut off by itself a few times. At first it was once and stayed on for a long time before and after. I thought I just needed to adjust where it was at and did so. It has gotten worse. Today alone it had shut down/crashed four times in one day. It can do all expected of it, if it doesn’t turn off randomly when you're using it. I personally am past the return and refund date so there's nothing I can do. Just be aware of this being a possible issue if you choose to purchase it.

Ready for high frame games straight out of the box. A great system at a great value.

I have had this PC since November 29th and I will say it's a pretty solid gaming PC. Runs smooth and playing the new COD is pretty solid too. Graphics and game play are excellent.
