Awesome system! Runs everything I can throw at it with max ray tracing and 4k ultra settings. My system came with a MSI 4090 card so I was happy about that too. The delivery of my system was delayed 2 weeks around the holidays but CLX customer service was amazing in helping me determine when I would receive it. Highly recommend CLX and this system!

Excellent, the specs match, put together right, good quality parts, good cable management, benchmarks really well, drivers updated without issue (unlike some OEM graphics cards) SUPER quiet. My only complaint is that when I bought it, the listing showed 2x32GB ram sticks, was planning on buying 2 more sticks to max out at 128GB, and it came with 4x16GB, so to max it out, I have to buy twice as much memory and try to resell these. Its good quality ram, but not what I was expecting. The listing has since been updates, so I'm not sure what happened there, stocking issues, I assume. Anyway, best pre-built I've ever considered, and the 4090 is legit. Before purchasing, though, check CLX's site, every now and then there's a coupon that will work over there but not over here.

Graphics card is amazing. Overall a great machine. Motherboard could be a little better for the cost, but still is very good. Plenty of ram and runs fast.

I've had no issues super lovely setup and plays any game I throw at it with ease. Super quite & it is plug-and-play! the only issue that I've had is not being able to change the colors, but I am sure someone more tech-savvy can figure it out.

Just what I expected, the only bad thing was the shipping and delivery time ( 1 month)

The Gigabyte Ultra Durable Gold 1000 PSU they used exploded 1 month past warranty. They use the absolute cheapest option for every component in the build. Hoping the PSU failure didnt damage the PNY 4090. A $5k build should last more than 1 year.

Way over priced came with a rtx 4090 PNY and some cheap ram and a cheap motherboard. So i returned and built my own. It came out nice and it was my first time building one. It has a i9-13900k instead of a 13900kf. Better ram, better case and everything. Best decision I ever made. Building your own PC is not dead. Computer companies charge way too much. If I can do it anyone can do it.

My grandson is the user, and so far (about a month) no complaints. We have purchased at a lower cost several computers (laptop/desktop) and he always complained about something. So this time around I got a very expensive computer. I'm happy. I'm not running down to Geek Squad to have the computer checked out like the others.

You would think that for this price you would get a premium build....Well...Your not. It's all base cheapest they can get there hands on parts with exception of the 13 gen intel i9 and RTX 4090. That's really what your OVER paying for. The motherboard is as cheap a base board as it can get...AND get this...It's a 12th gen mobo....NOT a 13 gen! It has a Z690 chip...NOT THE Z790!!!. This board's BIOS had to be flashed to accept the 13 gen intel, whereas a Z790 would be the standard for the 13 gen i9. Case is nothing to write home about. Power supply is base also along with the radiator. Build Quality: ULTRA POOR! 1. The case power LED light, along with the restart and LED buttons were not connected. 2. The 2nd drive is just sitting in the bottom of the case with no attachment. 3. MOST IMPORTANT!! WE all know how the RTX 4090's have been melting the cables because of Nvidia's new single power connector not being pushed in hard to a "click". Well...This is supposed to be a unbox ready to use computer...but the RTX4090 power cable had only been pushed in partially ...not engaging the lock! If not discovered, this would have been another melted RTX4090! It did "click" after I pushed hard on it. Testing: POOR The LAN internet port on the mobo is COMPLETLY DEAD... Looking inside the port reveals a damaged CAT5 port. Did they even bother checking to see if it worked??? NOPE! Don't waste your money on this!!!!

The computer is very fast with lots of drive space. It could do with one or two more usb ports in the front. It is still early and I haven't stressed it much yet.
