The cobra 500 watt power supply Is great. I recently went on a long trip where I was working from my truck when my laptop and phone were dying and with the cobra I was able to supply power to both devices at the same time. Highly recommended if you’re always on the go and don’t have a inverter in your vehicle!

It works well. The car adapter is to short to put it where i would like to put it.

Works well. Charges laptop, power bank, and phone, simultaneously with ease. The plug however need a redesign. It pops out of newer(shallow) car cigarette lighters easily. At first, I thought something was wrong with the inverter. It would power up and immediately make a fault beep and the LED would turn red. The beep and LED would fade slowly. It took a minute to realize that the plug was slightly pushed out. Switch cable with one from an older broken inverter and have had no issues since. Included cables are also extremely short. The build quality on the product is very solid and feels very premium. Very easy to setup and use. Instruction manual is very straightforward and helpful.

Terrible product, hooked to verified 12v supply, inverter only produced 106v instead of claimed 120v. Returned for refund.

It works like it should, however, I have a different one that I actually like better. This one is quite big compared to that one, and the wattage isnt off by that much. But it definitely will work for your needs most likely. Ive plugged in a power hungry laptop, with phones and other devices, and it handles no problem. Definitely will get hot if you arent careful. Its also a little louder with all that stuff. Its nice to have a usb-c.

Reading some reviews its clear some people know what theyre getting and some definitely do not. I do not use the 12v plug, theres no point. Why get a 500w inverter when it only runs 150w when plugged into the 12v port? Also this is modified sine, not pure sine. Some computers, tablets, medical devices could experience issues. If youre looking to plug something into 12v, get the scoshe the fan is a bit loud but works great. Now i got a 200amp fuse on amazon and i got a 20 ft 4awg jumper cable and cut it, stripped it, and put connectors on it. You can also buy the car audio amp kit at bestbuy which is basically all you need to connect this to your battery. I feel like this is cheaply made but i purchased it because the remote connector is available through best buy. Otherwise you're better off with the wagan slim line. 5* it works, no issues so far, cheaply made. Just got to 5* cause it works. 4* is a very reasonable judgment too.

Very good product but more than we need to power laptop. Plenty of connections for other devices. Connections were easy and unit was not overly loud when fan kicked on.

Works well but the start/stop beep is unnecessary.

Worked great and handled all we needed. Handled medical equipment and was a life saver runnin my oxygen machines.

Worked as expected but incessantly beeps when overloaded and the fan goes under loud on it.

I always point out the bad first. The cable is too short. so this device HAS to sit within a foot of where you plug it in. If you're planning to mount it and have the space, then this isn't an issue. But on many cars, you don't have enough distance to put the device in a spot where it won't get in the way. If you have a smaller vehicle and don't have a dedicated spot you can stick this thing into, I'd recommend getting the ones that are shapped to fit insude of a cup holder. Otherwise, it works as advertised. I plugged in a portable internet router and laptop, along with charging a cell phone and had no problem at all.

Working good so far, the beeping can be disconcerting

I've had this product for over 2 years now. Stills works well. It is a little noisy, but you get use to it.

I needed this to provide power for a laptop, and worked fine. However, the cord is relatively short (16 inches), which is too short to place on the floor of the car. Also, it should be noted that the full 500W of power is only available if connected directly to the battery. When plugged into an outlet in the car the max power is cited as 120W.
