Q: Have anyone received there code yet for this game?? I have yet to receive mine??
A: They will not let me cancel!! Or give me a refund. Best Buy has terrible service and policies. Obviously, we purchased for the early access.
A: I contacted them 4 times yesterday saying I wanted the code or a refund. They refused both. I filed a claim with the BBB and my states Attorney General
