Worked Well for One Month

We got this massage unit for my mom who deals with severe muscle and nerve pain. It is on her recliner chair. The massage unit worked well for the first month. Then, suddenly the seat massage wouldn't shut off without her having to unplug the unit, After that, only the heat worked on the seat. The rest of the massage unit worked until three months in. Now, the lower back massage is greatly reduced. For the price, I would expect the unit to last at least a year. Sadly, we have to start looking elsewhere.

Ordered this and it arrived quite quickly. Enjoy the size of the pad which is wide enough without being huge. The various massage controls / heating controls are great

Loud! Not what I expected.

It’s ok, considering sending back. It’s much louder than I would have thought. Had great reviews. But I don’t find that it really massages. The heat works decent. I have a few different massage equipment, feet, hands, neck upper back. This is not even close to the level of my other devices that were actually cheaper.
