Before I got my chair for my home office, my shoulders and back were in pain before the end of the day. I'd have to spend at least an hour per day (usually more) every evening lying down on a heating pad.

Purchased as part of home office for the Mrs.. Chair was easy to assemble and the wife enjoys the added massager buit-in. The plugs over the bolts do not stay in, but that was expected. You could glue them in I suppose but then you would have to the pry them out of the chair needed tightening later on. Chair was a good value..

This Office Chair is very good. It is moderately comfortable to seat in and the message/vibration feature is a plus. The chair seems to be robustly made cause it is sturdy. However, the seating portion of this chair is narrow, in my opinion. Ergo, I gave it a rating of 4 Stars. For me, the rating would be five, if the seating area between the armrest was made wider to accommodate most men. Most men like to spread their legs out. In this chair there is no room to for that. However, I still recommendation this chair. Just be aware it is very narrow.

Very easy to assemble. Massager works great. Only negative is that it does not recline much.

Online purchase. Functional desk chair. Didn't think I would enjoy the massage feature, but I do now. This chair doesn't tilt - a feature I would have liked, but price was a consideration. Chairs are not on display in Best Buy, so I made this purchase based on seeing similar chairs in another store.

Excellent chair for long periods of sitting at the desk. Highly recommended for those suffering from back pain.

I thought the chair would be or would feel a lot bigger than what it actually is. Additionally, it makes a creaky sound every time I sit down, and no I’m not overweight, etc. I can’t sit down without it making that annoying noise once that it was assembled. Massage feature is great but the fact that it makes that annoying sound means I can rarely use the chair without bothering somebody else. Do yourself a favor and find a better chair. I’d return it but it’d be too much work to disassemble it and I threw the box away relying on thinking it’d be as good as it seemed to be.

Chair is easy to put together. Massage feature is very nice. I wish the chair had a feature that allows you to rock back on it.

I ordered a chair from Walmart before ordering from Best Buy. What a big difference!! The other chair was horrible and cheap; it didn't even assemble properly. The chair from Best Buy is very much worth it for the cost. I really like the massager and easy assembly; I highly recommend it.

Its ok. Was nice for awhile but the padding started to wear down to the plywood (thus there was just basically no cushioning on my butt besides some fake leather. After about a year of moderate use, the welding at the bottom of the seat broke and my chair just swiveled like a cube of cue chalk on a cue stick. Massage function is nice though, to be honest (more like vibrating), and that still works. I actually took out the legs so its now a legless massage chair for me.

This chair is extremely comfortable. I have back problems and this chair relieves any back tension. Also, there is a massage function that vibrates the upper back. Awesome chair!

Pretty decent chair for the price, the instructions to assemble the chair seem to miss a step or two but you could pretty much figure out what needs to be done. My only issue was the little screw covers keep popping off and wont stay on but besides that a good chair.

The chair is great but the box on the back came broke so we had to tape it. Over all it’s a really nice chair. I wouldn’t recommend it for “fluffy” people because it is not very deep.

This is a mid-size chair I purchased for my home office. It is good but not the most comfortable when it comes to soft seating. The back is also a bit stiff and it doesn't lean further back.
