Horrible horrible horrible service. Completly butchered the install. The team did not install it correctly and it had to be rewired completly. They diddnt even try to tune it. Blew my speakers immediatly due the the loc not being installed when they told me my vehicle was ready

Connections were loose. Had to remove each door and recrimp each speaker terminal. Brandon is a crap installer. 20 hours scheduled through 4 appointments and my work is still incomplete and sloppy.

Rookie had a simple component speaker installation turned out to be a corner-cutting Fail! Tweeter fell off mounting 2 weeks later .Discovering his damage! Aparently he ended up damaging tweeter while mounting it tried to glue it !

I recently had an install that was done by Noah and Angel R of the Woodland Hills, CA location. Both were great at what they do! Let me elaborate a little on my experience. Noah helped me with the first part of the upgrade. He was great! Initially I had decided to go with only a new head unit and speakers all around. I held off on some bigger upgrades to the audio, but later decided I wanted them, and so I told Noah I was looking for more work to be done. He said he was leaving BestBuy for another job within the next couple of weeks and recommended me to Angel. Angel knows his stuff and really did an amazing job! He helped me solve a few issues that came up and gave some good suggestions as to what to do. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be back for anything related and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angel or BestBuy for such installs. Thank you Angel, Noah, and BestBuy!

Highly recommended the Geek Squad Automobile Staff is very knowledgeable on Automotive Electronics... I have a Total Tech Membership which I think is a great value if your looking to have muliti installations... I purchased a Kenwood 10.1 inch HD Double Din Stereo that Bestbuy doesn't carry from Crutchfield that George from the Otay Ranch location was happy to install thats the benefit Total Tech Members have... You can purchase a product from a other store other than Bestbuy and have them install it... George is very professional and gave me recommendations solutions & answers to all my questions... The installs were all clean and seamlessly... George even went a step further by goings above & beyond with my install by connecting my Stereo Audio System via the big 3 for those that know what the big 3 is its a must in a great hi profile car audio install system google it if you don't know it was greatly appreciated... George also connected my 4 Channel amplifier underneath my seat perfectly so its unnoticeable so thiefs won't be able to see via window but is easily accessible just by pulling the seat forward... George also connected a two 2 way 6 1/2 inch Component Speakers and 2 tweeters and crossovers which he installed in the front car doors and tweeters in dash which sound and look great no problems with my windows or switches ... Its been over 3 weeks since my installation I wanted to leave this review earlier but I was definitely enjoying my system and made sure it was all was functioning properly... Thanks again George will definitely be back to install a blind spot side view camera

I'd been to several car audio shops and had generally bad experiences, especially at Columbus Car Audio to whom I paid more than $2500 and was still unsatisfied with the sound of my system. I expressed my experiences to Alfred (i believe that was his name) and got service from him that went above and beyond. With my problems in mind, he took me through a step by step process, allowing me to listen to every change he made during the install process. He even set things up so I could compare/contrast wattage differences and the effects of bridging and unbridging my amplifier. He was very thorough, answering my every question (and I had plenty of them) clearly, thoroughly, and professionally. I noticed also that when other customers entered, he politely excused himself from our conversations and got them started on their installs before returning to me. That impressed me because I'd expect the same if I were a customer with a scheduled install. I could go on with example after example of the excellent experience I had with Alfred but suffice it to say that all of my issues were resolved and my system now sounds fantastic. I will certainly recommend this shop to anyone interested in a quality install. Thank you for your time.

Fernndo the audio installation employee at the poughkeepsie ny location was fantatic on my acura he took his time and made sure everything was tuned and wired neatly and properly he went above and beyond my expectations would reccomend best buy in poughkeepsie for all audio installations and whatever else they install vehicle wise ..i will prob have a remote start done before the winter but i have all trust and faith with fernandao from store number #460...only downside is there are no employees in car audio to help you out inside the store so i was flying blind but finally had 2 employees help me out who were great and knew their stuff sorry i forgot their names,all and all everything worked out ...thanks guys at the best buy audio bay in poughkeepsie

10/10 service with the technicians over at the geek squad garage! The gentleman went out of his way to clean up some wiring from a prior job someone else did when they worked on my car bringing it all together for clean wiring job and well done service everything worked as it was intended with no issues

The speakers are very satisfactory. The installer John did a wonderful job.

Mike and he’s team where great. The upgrade was a little confusing and they walked me through everything so I understood everything. Mike was awesome calls when things were coming together and scheduled as quickly as possible.

I had six replacement Best Buy speakers (Polk Audio) installed in my small SUV (2 woofers, 2 tweeters, and 2 two-ways). The installer was maticulous and when done the appearance looked "factory installed" (only sounded much better). The installer talked me through what parts he needed to use or fabricate and provided advice on what sound dampening I should add (not the typical up-sell, recommended what I needed and nothing more). When he was done he completely cleaned the car and there was no mess left behind. Only downside was the job took longer than expected but he was so careful I didn't mind.

Just wanted to leave a note about my overall experience with my last purchase/install at the Whitehall pa store. Spoke with Max at the install bay. Was very happy with Max as he did the last install in my Nissan @ the Bethlehem store about 2 years ago. He is a perfectionist. I knew I would be in good hands with this installation. I brought to the store a very difficult install as I have a Ford 2021 F-250. As expected, Max did a flawless job. In addition to his excellent work inside the car his knowledge of car audio is unsurpassed. His advice on the install is what made the results completely awesome. I am once again very happy.
